The receptionist was rude and inconsiderate. Technical difficulties aside the lack of communication about the long wait and inability to answer single questions regarding the ridiculous wait time is unacceptable. How much longer should I have been patient ? 2 hours? Completely unacceptable. Will never be returning to this doctors office !

It's a nice touch so that the office feels less sterile and more welcoming. It's also nice to get a glimpse into his hobbies/ outside interests. That way you see him not just as your doctor but as a human. Overall I highly recommend Dr. Douglas. He is a wonderful PCP. You want someone who takes the time to listen and gets to know you as a person. Searched online for a dermatologist within my United Healthcare plan and came across Sun State…read moredermatology and Dr. Rajiv Nathoo. He had such a resume I had to check this guy out and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Nathoo extracted a lipoma from the side of my head that was literally the side of a quarter if not bigger. I have to be honest I was kinda worried that I would have a nasty looking scar considering its size and it's location which was right below my hairline on the side of my head. It literally looked like an egg on the side of my hairline right above my temple area and was very noticeable in any photo that was taken of me. Dr. Rajiv Nathoo came into the exam room, took a look at it, touched it a few times and said with total confidence, " yeah, it shouldn't be a problem at all ". All I was thinking was there was no way I was going to get out of this without a serious scar because if it's size. I was also thinking either get it taken out now or it may get even bigger and I was sick of seeing it in photos. Well, what he said and his confidence was an understatement. He did such an excellent job that you can barely even see a scar after 2 weeks when they took out the stitches. This guy is a magic man. I couldn't believe it to be honest. I literally had tears in my eyes when I left his office and looked at it again in my car. He did such an amazing job. Thank you sooooo much Dr. Nathoo. Your the man !!!!! Thank you for being so good and not making me look like Frankenstein. Thank you... thank you...thank you. I can't say enough about this man. Trust me when I say.. if you need a dermatologist this guy is better then that lady on the Pimple Popper show. I won't go anywhere else and I would recommend him to anyone that needs help with their skin issues. Thanks again Doc, your a miracle worker.
