Her office is located in the 810 office building and she is on the first floor (turn right when you enter from HWY 6, make another right, and it's door 105 on the left). As I was explaining the details, the girl cuts me off and asks for the tracking number. (Lacks Professionalism) She said that the tracking number wasn't showing in her system. I inquired about other Pak & Ship locations within her vicinity. She said that there was one down the street. She gave me the number. The number was to FedEx and not to another PAK & Ship store. It is a very good thing that I do not live in Texas. A report would have been sent to the State Attorney General. From reviewing other complaints, it appears that this location lacks efficiently.
