I love going around 7:00 pm right before they close and browsing the LEGO section. The Starbucks is very nice and the magazine section is great. If you need info about cars or anything, go to the magazine section. 9/10 would go again. They also have a great book selection and love the game section. read more

Long waits and poor customer service. I'd sooner try to order off Amazon if possible.

The book side of the store is well cared for and clean. However, the Starbucks Cafe needs major improvement. It smells like it has been cleaned with dirty water (damp dirty mop cleanser smell). The tile floors need a deep scouring as do the baseboards (filled with dust and coffee splash spills). The area is very dirty and has consistently been so for a long time. This cafe is begging for a cleaning job!! read more

They often have sales here, and if you're a member, you also get a ton of coupons. Barns and noble is a great place for every age . They allow your children to pick out a special treat for their birthday every year if you sign up for the kids club(its free). The kids section is large and they have a train set and story time for all kiddos as well as chairs for adults to sit and read. Also they have a Starbucks!!!!! Parking is located on both entrances of the store and they have great hours. read more

My wife and I have been coming here since it opened. We can't speak highly enough about Julie and the cafe. Since there was a change in management, several areas have gone down hill. The magazine area is in disarray, there are old issues and titles out of order. Different magazines are stacked on top of each other. By noon, the bathrooms are in need of attention. The manager has been rude on more than one occasion. It's a shame. This is my favorite store in Newnan. read more

Up front, I'm biased, since my wife works there. Having said that I really do think the customer service there is great. I've been a customer since they opened and I've always had a good experience if asking them about finding or ordering a book. The cafe is great. It's not a Starbucks but serves Starbucks coffee and food. Free Wi-Fi as well. read more

The Barnes and Noble in Ashley Park Newnan has been a staple hang out spot for me and the family for years and years. When the kids were younger we loved spending time in the children's section and now that everyone's older we usually sit in the starbucks area or outside. This Barnes and Noble is like any other I've been to so as far as book selection and it's layout there is nothing extra special to mention. I will say the lady's restroom is 8/10 utterly disgusting so if you can avoid using it then do so. I noticed another reviewer mention how rude the manager Shirley is and YES it is very sad and true. Although Shirley has never personally bothered me, I have observed her get testy with other people in the bookstore because well she makes a scene which sucks for Barnes and Noble to have a manager acting out in the store to customers like that. Nevertheless, Barnes and Noble is an awesome place and I will continue coming here for years and years to come! Also, the staff I have encountered have always been friendly and more than happy to help me and my family in finding books :) read more

This B&N is my favorite book store. It is a nice place to hang out. I like to purchase books, CDs, DVDs, and records from them. The customer service has been outstanding lately. Especially the sales clerks in the music/DVD department. I don't know if it is the holiday season or what but the attitudes and customer service of the clerks makes it even more fun to shop there. read more

This place is great! A huge selection of books and a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. One thing that I also love is they have a restroom which is great for those fellow avid book readers that decide to laze out in the chairs at Barnes and Noble and read a good book! The manager, Shirley, is the worst. I have never met someone with worse customer service, more negativity, and with the ability to be so incredibly rude in any situation. It seems that my experience with her is the standard, unfortunately. I've been going here since they opened almost 4 years ago. The variety is tremendous and positive, can do attitude of the staff is so refreshing. This B&N location is my favorite I've been to as an avid book lover! They answer all my questions every time I go in and are always very eager to help me find a new book and even remember my interests and what I've already read.
