He helped me in the men's department with an exchange, and we had also originally purchased our items from him previously. He is friendly, conscientious, stylish, and basically an amazing asset for Dillard's. I ordered 2 white tank tops online and paid $10 shipping. They sent 1 white and 1 ivory. Customer service says they will replace it only after I print a label, take it to the post office and wait until they receive it. They want to put it all on the customer to rectify their mistake. read more

Received two shirts as gifts for fathers day, both wrong size (lost weight). They were purchased at a Dillard's in Missouri. One had a "SPECIAL Bar code label" the second one didn't but still had all the other tags and was just the way it was purchased. They allowed me to exchange the first one but not the second although the clerk said they had them in stock. No Special label or receipt can't exchange. Go see customer service upstairs. guess what-no exchange. Wasn't asking for refund just a large for a extra large. Lost a customer, and made an unhappy guy that will let people know about your stupid policy. No wonder Amazon is doing so well!! read more

I was kicked out of the dressing room becasue I'm a man. Now this wouldn't be a problem except they don't have a dressing room for only girls and one for only boys instead they only have ones with no gender assigned. There also wasn't any rules posted outside of the dressing room. She also approached me as a minor as soon as my parental figure left me. P.S. the gay man downstairs was amazing and helpful at filing a complaint about the lady that kicked me out the dressing room. read more

This store is old and past it's prime . It's small with very little selection, I'm surprised it's still even open for business. I would love to know what year the escalator was made. The store is crazy overpriced, maybe if U have the credit card prices are cheaper? Like $25 for a candle half broken ? Who are the people in newnan buying the LV bags in the front ? Honestly I don't know why people even go here? The makeup counter at belks is way better . They should make this place into a Trader joes. read more

Over an hour to gift wrap a purse and a wallet. And they aren't that busy. Ridiculous

I have not been to this store in many years but I wanted to buy a nice gift for someone special. I found what I was looking for and the woman that checked me out was helpful and pleasant. I inquired about gift wrapping and was sent upstairs. Without going into much detail.... That was a mistake. Ten dollars and 30 minutes later (I was the only customer).... I'm not sure those ladies had ever wrapped a gift before. I was speechless. I don't like confrontation so I said nothing and went home. I will be re-wrapping this gift myself because I would be embarrassed otherwise. Yikes! read more

Dillard's sale on New Year's Day is the best sale of the year. My wife was able to purchase 2 purses (designer) for $250 less than the regular price. Everything on sale is reduced by another 75%. There was an issue with the computers and the lines were long but the service was very good. read more

CLEAN, ORGANIZED AND WELL STAFFED TODAY! I decided that this would be the one store I would entire while visiting this shopping center for the first time. I really wanted to check out the shoes and bags because I absolutely love leather accessories and I just wanted to see if I could find a "transition" shoe for fall. I tend to go from sandals to boots but I need to explore some other options. I started in the shoe department and it was really buzzing because they were having a great sale on sandals. I was surprised that they still had quite a few sandals on display and I will definitely need to wait a bit longer in order to evaluate fall options. I also noticed that the shoes that they had tended to have heels that were either very high or very flat. My ideal heel height is 1.5 to 2 inches high so I will just have to keep looking. I moseyed on over to the leather bags and the first brand I encounter is Frye. Frye makes phenomenal bags and boots with quality leathers and great construction. They had a great selection of bags in rich colors (caramel, brown, russet), and they were perfect for fall. I am definitely going to be looking for a new bag but I have not yet decided on the shade, although do I love the idea of a charcoal gray or rich caramel. This Dillard's (shoes and bags departments), were very clean and organized and well staffed. The staff was warm and acknowledged my presence so this store is high on my list of places to visit for Christmas Shopping. I absolutely look forward to returning! read more

I went in to this location because I needed to be sized for a new bra. The Customer Service that I received from Rackell in the intimates section was nothing short of stellar. Receiving a "bra fitting" can be a little uncomfortable, but she kept everything upbeat, and made me comfortable even though she delivered the news of me growing up a cup size... LOL. Rackell made this experience very smooth, and I will certainly come back to purchase a few more items. read more

Well, the store definitely looks like they need more space but it is better than couple other malls, in Newnan standards. What surprised me is their price match policy. While Macy had a huge sale on Free People brand, the manager gave me such a difficult time to price match. He asked me to wait for half an hour then he was unwilling in terms of explaining it is possible. But he made me feel like it is possible because i am requesting, not because it is my right. All I was sensing that I shouldn't. How many people even shops from there? Come on guys, I am a customer, I know what's going on. You should know more than I do. Well, now even I can, I do not buy from their store. I go to Dillards, try things on, then I buy online from Macy's. Customer service matters!! read more

I headed in here with my mom and thought it was a decent store for the area. It's a typical Dillards. There are a few boutiques around but honestly this store will probably have what you are looking for. There are some good restaurants in the shopping area. My mom was looking for a dress and it took us forever to find a register that had an employee to check out. The lady was nice but not around and present in the store. read more

It nice that Newnan has a some what upscale store. The clothes are better than most stores in the area. The salesperson was very helpful.

I was recently shopping there and has never felf so insulted. I was with my 16 month old daughter (which I was holding ) and my 5 year old son. Those with children can understand what a challenge that can be. I was in the handbag /purse section, just browsing. The salesperson was polite but perhaps I was browsing too long that all of a sudden a security personnel showed up, just hanging around along me. Seriously, was I that much of a threat. A baby on my hip and a little boy, how was I going to make a run for it. I didn't even have a bag or carriage/stroller. Did I not fit their client profile? Who knows and who cares, I'll never go there again. There are plenty of shops around Newnan that will treat me better. read more

Over 2 days, I interviewed with 3 people (2 were managers) in their Executive Office for a sales associate opening. They said they would "let me know something" by that Friday-which was in three days. A week and a half passed. I phoned their office to inquire about my status, only to be told that "if I wasn't contacted to attend a new-hire training class, that they had gone another direction". I call that rudeness on a major scale! Even if you are not going to be hired, it is only proper that you be sent a communication of some kind, be it email, letter, or phone call. Really! If this is how they treat their staff and customers, they won't be in business very long. If Mr. Dillard were alive, I would have contacted him directly to complain about the lack of personal skills in this location's management. read more

I shop in the Newnan Dillard's on a regular basis and find the staff very helpful and courteous. I often take items from one department to another to simplify my check out and have never been monitored by security. Earlier this month I was shopping late as the store was preparing to close and the gentlemen in housewares walked with me to my car due to the time of day and weight of my package. Customers should realize the schemes people use to steal from retailers and be grateful for security. read more
