They were installed this past Saturday. The young men who completed the installation were on time, very professional and did a very good job. The shades look very nice. While the shades will provide a good amount of privacy on our screened porch, we wanted them in order to keep out most of the rain as well as keep out pollen in the spring. Because we are second owners, the company will not even fix it for pay (warranty doesn't transfer). He said he doesn't have the parts but would send it to the manufacturer if I were the original owner. The store owner was very hard to understand and very unhelpful. Said to call a handyman.
