But the best part is that this past year I needed a drawer replaced and he just mailed it to me, but now we have had a dishwasher malfunction just before Thanksgiving and needed some cabinet repair. We are in a flux with delivery of the dishwasher but Rich has been wonderful getting the materials for us to get the cabinet fixed before the dishwasher comes. He does full kitchens for other builders but was able to give us the service we needed. Cannot thank Rich enough for his timeliness and dedication to his craft. Would highly recommend him.

What they installed looks absolutely *nothing* like the slabs we selected and paid for! Our countertops are so bland and brownish black with next to none of the burgundy bursts that we bought Crema Bordeaux for. I absolutely believe they switched slabs on us!! And the install itself is very sloppy. I am so, so, disappointed! These countertops could have been stunningly beautiful if they had given us the slabs we paid for. Less than 2 weeks ago we purchased an air compressor from them that quit working a couple of days ago. We tried to return if for AN EXCHANGE, not a refund and they would not take it back. They only offered to send it at to the manufacturer for repair and we were told it would take 4 weeks to get it back. Really? What are my worker's suppose to do in the meantime? We had to buy a new compressor from Lowes just to keep working. We had the receipt in hand to exchange the compressor and was basically shown the door. We will NEVER buy another single thing from them and would caution everyone to shop else where is you want a company to stand behind their product.
