The owners were not only super helpful with our questions but there were so many tools to use, it was like I had all the same tools as a groomer would! They have two different tubs to use, one is deep and the other one isn't but not having to reach over a tub was definitely helpful if you don't have the height lol There were also some goodies we were able to get, some treats and a really good spray between washes. I'm so glad I found this place! I have a German Shepherd Maggie who was shedding so much. I needed to do something about it. I have never taken her to get groomed before. I was a bit nervous, however Michelle the owner, took such good care of her. Maggie looked like she was having a good time. When she went to dry her off, she jumped up on the counter all by herself. So amazing!!! I am a 100% satisfying customer!!! The staff working there are extremely friendly and helpful. They walked me through how to use everything and the owner, Michelle, even got her hands all hairy petting my dog and giving her reassurance that she was in a safe environment. They have a total of 8 bathing stations, 4 with tubs and 4 with platforms along with sprayers that have adjustable water pressure and streams. They provide stairs for dogs who can't jump or are too large to pick up, eco friendly no chemicals or harsh smelling perfume shampoo and conditioner, towels and dryers all for $25 per dog. I felt self-conscious leaving the station with my dogs hair (I have a black lab and she is in her shedding season) everywhere in the shower but I was reassured by the staff that this is the whole reason they have opened this shop so I don't have to deal with the aftermath in my home. They also have products for sale and I do have to say the spray for helping my dog dry quicker really worked! My dog also loved the treats that are available for purchase by FrostPaws in the form of bonbons, cupcakes and cakes. I will definitely be going back to Barky's Bathtime and will definitely recommend this establishment to my friends, neighbors and anyone who has a dog! read more

I texted the number listed on Yelp and Michelle responded to me and waited for me to come in late that evening to shower my dog. She was so sweet and the doggy spa was the cutest thing ever! Finally a place to wash the dog! Located next to the Sally's Beauty Supply deep into the Plaza, Tubs and showers are at a great height so you don't have to bend over washing your dog! I took my good boy here because boy is it a pain to wash him at an Apartment. Michelle was great and knowledgeable, for the price and having to wash my dog ever so often this was a steal! I enjoyed the atmosphere, it was like my good boy was in a spa! Been to other self dog washes in the area and this is by far my best experience. THEY HAVE A HIGH VELOCITY DRYER IF YOUR DOG SHEDS A LOT! They also have towels too if your dog is scared of the dryer. Will be bringing my dog back here! Overall a great experience and a hidden gem! BEST SELF SERVICE DOG WASH EVER! By far the best dog wash I have been to in the surrounding area. Very large bay areas, raised tub/showers and best of all friendly shop owner. Michelle was very helpful and pleasant to chat with. They have all sorts of washes( I used the deshed and conditioner), high velocity dryer and even a scrub brush for washing. He's a malti-poo, so you can definitely tell if he got a haircut or not when I called to try to get this rectified the lady hung up on my face and said she would refund me so let's see if if I get a refund but she was very rude, I would never take my dog here again. This local business is GREAT!!! The owner is so sweet and welcoming! She asked us upon arrival if we would prefer a shower pan or tub. I had my two dogs with me (one is a 50lbs Goldendoodle and the other is a 20lbs terrier) and opted for the shower pan. For the $25 fee (regardless of size) you are given an apron, shampoo, conditioner and the use of a high velocity hair dryer all within your station. The stations are separated by a half wall; I believe she said that she was going to be adding gates so that they would be totally enclosed stay tuned! If she is planning to add gates to each station that would be great! I was unsure if I should leave one dog in the car and then switch when the first one was done. The owner said to bring them both in and they could walk around the space; there was nothing that would harm them. I was mostly worried about them having accidents with all the new smells but she assured me that they wouldn't be the first dogs to have an accident and I felt much better. She even came over during the bath time and asked if my terrier (who was obviously anxious) could have a spoonful of CBD peanut butter. I was thankful for that offer because he needed something to take the edge off. Like I said, this is a WONDERFUL small business. The price is reasonable, the space is clean, the owner is super friendly and welcoming. We had a great experience and will absolutely be back! read more

Brian the owner was very sweet, very personable, and definitely very helpful. I love the set up, love that everything is included for $25! But also you're able to bring your own items if you'd like. In all my years of using Yelp for many different things I have never posted a review but I must after seeing by dogs after their grooming today. My wife was assured that the groomer was familiar with cutting bernedoodles but that was not the case. We were also told that it would take approximately 2 hours for the baths and cuts. 4 hours later we were forced to pick them up because we could not wait any longer because of prior appointments that we needed to attend to. When picking them up we realized that we actually saved our dogs from any further mutilation. One of our dogs is still a pup with a lot of energy and the other is a gentle soul. If you can't do the job don't do it, no excuses. The butchery that took place today is unacceptable. Never ever would I take my dogs back for them to finish what they started. They're already unrecognizable. If you love your pets like we do, think twice before bringing them here. We actually paid for this service too but really could care less about the money or a refund at this point. read more
