Omg !! This place is the best. Clearly it's husky season hahaha so I called in this week to see if they could help de-shed my baby and bathe/groom her & they were able to fit me in. Thankfully! The customer service here is great. They truly do care about your fur babies! Their technique to grooming is definitely on the "gentle parenting" side, they don't force anything upon them, my sweet girl was very happy and calm when I went to pick her up. My 14 year old Min Pin and I paid a visit to the local dog park today, and I had the opportunity to talk to one of the owners of Barky's Bathtime, who was handing out business cards. He gave me easy directions to the Food-4-Less parking lot on Foothill and Etiwanda. Their shop is near the west side of that grocery store. I was warmly greeted by a young man behind the register, and was led back to one of the wash tubs by Michelle, the other owner. She really loves the concept of their new business, and I found the facility to have a great atmosphere for my loyal canine. The washing facilities were easy to use, providing the essentials for washing and conditioning my dog with easy to control water pressure and temperature, followed up with a hair dryer that also controlled the airflow. I like supporting small business while pampering my pet, and I really love the convenience and short time it takes to provide my dog with this service! This place is amazing! I texted Michelle and she responded right away and I was able to schedule a self wash same day. My golden was really dirty from all the recent high winds in my area. Michelle provided so many great tips to keep my golden comfortable during her bath such as placing a towel over her ears when blow drying her. She even provided me with extra shampoo to allow me to do a deep clean since my golden was very dirty. Other than the shampoo we were provided with conditioner, brushes, towels, an apron, and access to a dryer. Over all this place is affordable, clean, the staff is amazing!
