Michelle is the BEST!! I highly recommend everyone to bring their furry paws big & small to this K-9 oasis. I was hesitant to bring both my dogs Zion (Mr Frenchie) & Winter (Miss Bull Mastiff) at the same time, however; Michelle reassured me she was there to help me & she totally did! We had a GREAT time, in a clean, beautiful, & safe environment for the DIY dog groomers. I'm coming back & I'm encouraging all my dog friends to come with me! Thank you to your son Nick for keeping me motivated too! read more

Very nice family business. Michael does an amazing job with my two doodles, they look great. Highly recommend this business.

Omg !! This place is the best. Clearly it's husky season hahaha so I called in this week to see if they could help de-shed my baby and bathe/groom her & they were able to fit me in. Thankfully! The customer service here is great. They truly do care about your fur babies! Their technique to grooming is definitely on the "gentle parenting" side, they don't force anything upon them, my sweet girl was very happy and calm when I went to pick her up. The phone call & in person communication were great, the energy I received was that they were happy to help me and take care of my girl. The owner and employee are sweet humans!! Thank you to you both! Luna and I will see you both again in a month!! read more

Went there today to give my Bear Bear a bath and it was super easy. Positive: It was clean. Each station is separate a secure to accommodate those who may have more than one dog. They had an expandable stair to help dogs get up to the tub. Soap is provided along with towels, scrubbers, apron, and dryer. The staff was kind, understanding and helpful. Checkout was easy! And the price was very reasonable. Negative: Not much here. The only thing I can say that might be seen as a negative is the tub is a bit high and the side of the tub was very low, so he prepared to get wet yourself. Also, if you have a big dog like me (my dog is 100lbs) and is scared to use the small stair they provided, be prepared to put your back into it (lol) to lift them up. Thankfully the staff there helped me to left him onto the tub. I would suggest if you can bring your big strong hubby or BF if you can. Overall it was very convenient and easy. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!!! read more

It was my baby's first time being groomed by Barkys Bathtime. I just handed her over and walked away because she panics when she's away from me, but the groomer was really good with her. When I picked her up, she was happy. She's a little Chihuahua and pretty easy to groom, but they put all kinds of conditioner and shampoo and some oil for her skin and gave me recommendations about special oil to put on her skin because she I guess was having problems with her by her legs and they recommended that for her. Next time I go in, I am going to take a bath on my own in between grooming because they have self-serve dog bath stations and they have towels shampoo, conditioner, dog wash everything for you to use. I saw a few dogs that looked pretty happy getting a bath and they were big doggos. read more

It was amazing from start to finish! The communication and detailed responses to start with were greatly appreciated. When we got there, the young lady (didn't get her name ) was so kind and gentle with my girls. I felt bad because my older, bigger dog, was super stinky and dirty but she never turned her nose nor did she validate me saying how dirty my baby was. In fact, her response was, "That's why she's here." I was shocked how this petite young lady was able to handle my Sheppard and Malinois so effectively. I can't express how pleased I was with our experience. My only complaint is, they aren't in my town (lol), however, that's not going to stop me from going back! Thank you so much for your professional and kind service! read more

My 14 year old Min Pin and I paid a visit to the local dog park today, and I had the opportunity to talk to one of the owners of Barky's Bathtime, who was handing out business cards. He gave me easy directions to the Food-4-Less parking lot on Foothill and Etiwanda. Their shop is near the west side of that grocery store. I was warmly greeted by a young man behind the register, and was led back to one of the wash tubs by Michelle, the other owner. She really loves the concept of their new business, and I found the facility to have a great atmosphere for my loyal canine. The washing facilities were easy to use, providing the essentials for washing and conditioning my dog with easy to control water pressure and temperature, followed up with a hair dryer that also controlled the airflow. I like supporting small business while pampering my pet, and I really love the convenience and short time it takes to provide my dog with this service! Best of luck to Barky's Bathtime as they enjoy this wonderful, new business! read more

All the necessary items are provided from an apron to keep you dry, specialty shampoos, conditioner, towels and a warm dryer to dry your pup off. Each wash area is your own designated area so you're separated from other guests. I highly recommend you try this place out for yourself. read more

This place is amazing! I texted Michelle and she responded right away and I was able to schedule a self wash same day. My golden was really dirty from all the recent high winds in my area. Michelle provided so many great tips to keep my golden comfortable during her bath such as placing a towel over her ears when blow drying her. She even provided me with extra shampoo to allow me to do a deep clean since my golden was very dirty. Other than the shampoo we were provided with conditioner, brushes, towels, an apron, and access to a dryer. Over all this place is affordable, clean, the staff is amazing! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a self wash station or dog groomer! Thank you Michelle! read more

Late post but I must say that I love this place! I never liked when groomers wash my Husky because she's never being dried completely, so we always go for self serve dog wash. I discovered this place after moving from Seattle to LA and I absolutely love everything it offers. Great great environment! Had a great conversation with the owner Michelle. My dog was shedding a lot and we made a fur mess, she also peed by the register ;( but Michelle was so kind and understanding. We will definitely come back! read more

Best place to groom your own dogs and or for them to help out. The owners are the best Love this place.

I have been looking for a groomer that does not put pets in kennels as it stresses my GSD out. I am very happy with their services, owner is very hands on and the staff is very accommodating. They also have reasonable prices as well and they are interested to learn about your pet's needs so they can cater to them.
