A few things that make me like this place better than a few others I've tried in the area: - they don't charge you extra if you dropped off in the morning on the first day of boarding, but want to pick up in the afternoon on the last day. - food is included and they even have lamb and rice. - while it doesn't include playtime, adding it is only $4 per 30-minute session. - they're always very nice and check in/out is a breeze. - they'd tell me stories about how my dogs did while they were there, giving me the feeling they really enjoyed their presence.

When we go and they know it's the long ride to "camp", they get all excited and bolt for the gate to be let in. They get pampered, play time, treats, meds as needed and petted to bits by everyone who works there. Owner lives on site so security is superb. There is a small staff and they work very hard one on one with animals so yes the phone does not get answered always but if we keep trying and know the office hours, we always get through. I happened to see this grooming business while i was out running errands so I called there and asked about pricing and services. The woman who took care of me was extremely friendly and their pricing was super reasonable. I did inform her I had pit bulls and she didn't seem to care or have any prejudices or concerns about the breed which was an automatic plus in my book. I made appointments to have all three groomed and we had absolutely no problems with her handling our dogs. They looked great when we picked them up and she had a blast with them. I continue to take them there for nail clippings and for grooming when we don't have time to do it ourselves. Their schedule is very flexible and accommodating. I would recommend it to anyone in the area who needs dog grooming services!

We took our golden retriever to R Vet because she had a fever and wasn't eating. We have had…read moreseveral goldens so it's common for them to get infections which this was obviously. They wouldn't give her antibiotics but ran several tests along with an ultrasound which totaled around $1000. They said they still didn't know what her issue was and that we needed to come back tomorrow so that they could bring in a specialist to do a better ultrasound. I brought Carley back the next day and they did the ultrasound but I never spoke to a vet and I don't think any vet looked at her while she was there. They just billed me another $500 and said they would call the next day. Two days later they called and left a message on my wife's phone saying they didn't find anything but there could be a spot on her liver so we should come in and have it biopsied which would be another $1000. By this time Carley had beat the infection off and was fine. THEY DIDN'T EVEN ASK HOW SHE WAS DOING OR WHAT HER CURRENT SYMPTOMS WERE! How do you treat an animal if you don't keep up with the symptoms they have. This clinic is just looking to run up diagnostic bills and not interested in just getting the pet well. It was most likely a UTI which could have been resolved by antibiotics. To date they still have not called to check on her or ask how she was doing and if her status had changed. Do not bring your pet to this clinic.
