I've agonized over this review, as it comes from a place of grief and anger. So I have waited to…read moreconsider what I want to say. We had a cat that was being treated there, and had been for a couple of years. While I can't really say anything was stellar there, I was satisfied with the care, over all. Then came that horrible, fateful day when we most needed our family vet, and we were told to take her to an emergency clinic because they couldn't make time for us. During regular hours. With a dying pet that was their long term patient. It was already an awful day, but I felt so let down by them. So I guess if you have urgent need from your vet, find another office. They will let you down when you most need them. They never even called us to check up on her. Long story short, if you have a crisis with your beloved pet, this clinic isn't going to be there for you. If you just take your pet to the vet for a bare minimum and plan never to have any sort of emergency, ever at all, you might find them adequate. I'd strongly suggest finding another provider.

I am only reviewing general practice as we did not actually get to use the services. I booked a…read moretricks class after emailing them a week prior to confirm we were a good fit. I paid and we made arrangements to attend them all. I even changed a flight and made special nanny arrangements to not miss them. The day of the first class, a couple hours before, they called to tell me we were the only one registered and it would be canceled. I had the option to use it as two private sessions (we already have a private trainer) or for another month class, which doesn't work for me. This is pretty annoying since we scheduled our day (and month) around this class. And I was never warned this could happen.

I adopted a second dog last fall, and it quickly became apparent that she didn't have the best manners when encountering other dogs while out walking, and would instead become unruly and animated. Cait is a phenomenal trainer and has completely changed the quality of my dog walks immensely. She uses positive reinforcement and really has a way with animals. After just one private lesson, Dahlia is so much more manageable on walks around other dogs! I would definitely recommend for your dogs!

Her special insight honed in on a special treat making the older dog jealous. We removed that problem and she guided us having them interact unrestrained. It went super well and within a day they were sharing the back yard for #2 simultaneously. She explained dog behavior and helped us to not overreact to appropriate dog manners. We're going to have her come back and help us with training of the older dog and the new puppy moving forward. We plan to do it right this time. Highly recommend.

They did not have the common courtesy to call me that morning and ask if I would like to reschedule. When I called at lunch to inquire about a pick up time the groomer could not commit to a time and said, " I would be mad if the dogs were not ready at that time." Also, the groomer lied to me and said my dogs were started on - nails and furnishings trimmed - but when I picked them up my dogs were untouched.
