Had to find out via a neighbor who happened to see it on FB). When we politely asked for their insurance info again we were met with "we don't have to answer that and we are now sending anything else to spam and will throw away any letter you send us" I don't know about everyone else but that's not how I think you run a business especially after almost killing 70 dogs.

Doctors Emo, Worth and Church have all treated my dogs with nothing less than loving tender care. They treat your animals like their own. Their diagnosis and treatment is always dead on with great results. The boarding side is fantastic. The 2 dogs love to be together and they accommodate the need. They get excercise, fed regularly with vitamins and prescriptions administered to your directions. They are bathed for weeklong stays. Pics of them are posted or emailed to you. Lotus always had a good time. Now they moved to new location in Arnold which we also moved to St. Charles county and still have to drive him there. I am still willing to follow them everywhere and use their service as long as they still have loving and opening home for dogs. I can't rave enough about Laura and her family. When I was shown where they'd be staying I really didn't feel comfortable in what they had put them in. It was a very small concrete area. I ended up having them placed in the 10x10 suite for three nights. Well, when I picked them up he was crusty with pee and smelled of ammonia, because it was so bad. His sister wasn't that bad compared to him. I asked if they could be bathed, but they said the groomer wasn't in, so instead the owner tried to clean him with baby wipes. That was a joke, as it was down to his skin! I had a long drive ahead with them and when I got to my destination I immediately gave him a shower! His one paw was bleeding because the urine burned his skin! I highly do not recommend anyone taking their pets here, as they seem to not care about the welfare of any animals! Then they use a choker rope lease on them, that was clearly choking my male dog to the point of him gasping for air..... Stay away from this place!!!!!

With me and my husband's busy work schedules and freqent traveling as of recently, they were cared by our friends or at boarding facility quite often. Christy graciously came along at the last second when our pet sitting arrangement fell through during the holidays and took care of them with lots of love and care. Despite us having to go out of town again for a whole week soon, we are doing so comfortably knowing that Christy will take great care of them. She will send you text updates of how things went and sometimes with pictures too. She will also turn on the porch light at night and pick up mails for you, which are great additional services. FYI, the Pomeranian is very skittish and anxious with strangers, and she has calmed him down so much quicker than anyone else he encountered.
