However, I had heard great things about The Dog House Inc. and decided to give them a chance--and I'm so glad I did! From the start, their team was kind, understanding, and professional. Kai came home happy, healthy, and just like himself, which was such a relief. Not only are their prices very reasonable, but their customer service is also amazing. We recently had a death in the family and had to leave the state last minute. When we called, they fit us in the same day without hesitation. That level of care and flexibility meant so much to us during such a difficult time.

When we checked the dogs in, the staff was super kind and attention. We paid for extra play time which I have no doubt my dogs got. My one dog didn't even want to leave! Best of all, my dog who is kind of reactive came back not very reactive to people and other dogs. The Dog House was also great about giving updates when we called to check in. We were, of course, upset because we really didn't want to put him down but no choice,long story. Anyway, I made an appointment specifically for euthanasia, and explained the reason over ther phone. When we got there the vet would not put him down, but instead asked if we would be willing to try training. I was shaking when we walked out of there. Not a good way to run a business.
