I called Scott, he came out the same day, and was able to complete construction just in time for the birthday party. Scott did exceptional work, was up-front with me about pricing, and even did some additional detailing with staining, caulk, and re-centering a piece to account for a slight slope in my yard. Scott and Janet even came out an additional time to finish up some detail work that was far above and beyond what I expected. They were very positive (even in the Texas heat) and informed me about each step of the process, they even made improvement suggestions based on what they thought my daughter would like more. I completely trust J's Customized Home Services and will definitely use them again when I need something done around my house.

This business is not only top notch, but extremely honest as well. We recently had a leak in our…read moreroof, right above our master bedroom, that appeared during a major rain event. Called up 8 roofing companies, and they were quoting anywhere from $600.00 to a $1000.00. Maria called from William's Roofing, and was able to get William out to us in a couple of hours. When William arrived, he looked at where the leak appeared in the bedroom, and then went to the attic space. He immediately found where the leak was coming from, and went to the roof to confirm. He found that the flashing from a ventilation pipe was not sealed properly, and was able to fix it for us at $200.00. He would have charged less, if he had not been contacted through Angi's list, as they charge for the referral. Would highly suggest this company, as they have a lot of experience in the Roofing Business.
