I even questioned him about this because I saw it when I viewed the house, he said they must have fixed it because he didn't see it. Well, still there when I moved in. Pantry shelf broken. The hot water smelled like rotten eggs, VERY obvious. The cold water in the kitchen has very little water pressure, it's been described as a dribble. The toilet in the secondary bath was loose. About half of the primary toilet tile grouting is not present. Erosion under the driveway, needs reinforcement. He caused me a lot of problems, stress, and cost me money.
