They are very reliable and always there on time when you book a taxi. They very rarely keep you waiting for longer than 5 minutes except at really busy times like christmas. The staff are nice and polite and friendly and always are ready to help a hand with your shopping bags. A lot of the staff are actually local lads so it is easier for them and you get to know them and become like friends. They are generally punctual, friendly and willing to help with shopping and small children. Even at 2am I've had aimiable conversation and a feeling of security. Like most taxi firms they run 24 hours a day and do have a minibus or two for the slightly larger party, although obviously these are not guaranteed. They also offer a ringback service to avoid you standing in the street waiting for them, or them having to toot their horn in the early hours.

I think this is a really good feature, it gives extra peace of mind that you're getting into a real taxi! They've always arrived really quickly, even on new year's eve. Prices are good too. Sometimes they ask you what you normally pay so they can match/beat other quotes.
