BAD - BAD SERVICE!!! My friend booked a taxi at 10:50 pm on Friday 22nd November, from Knaresborough to home in Harrogate. We were told that the taxi would be 5 minutes and to wait outside, which we did in freezing temperatures. In spite of three further phone calls it took a total of more than 35 minutes to arrive. We are both in our 70's and vulnerable to the extreme cold (in fact it is now snowing (morning after Saturday 23rd November) The taxi driver told us that he was dispatched from a call centre in India!! Shame on you BLUELINE. I am a Harrogate resident and have been a loyal customer for over 15 years, but will now be changing my allegiance to another Harrogate Taxi Company. Shame on you again Blueline - You need to be truthful to customers and give them true pick up times to save them almost freezing to death. Take my advice - don't use BLUELINE TAXIS because they are unreliable and give unrealistic pick up times!!!! BEWARE. read more

Last night our taxi driver from blueline was amazing. His name was mark and he was so kind and caring and looked after our friend who was feeling worse for wear.
