I previously rated this company a 3 star due to one of their drivers being abusive and swearing at me. However, another driver found out and initiated a complaint procedure against him. I was contacted by the lovely lady who specifically deals with complaints and the abusive driver has now gone through the in house disciplinary procedure. I have been kept informed throughout this process and am informed that the abusive driver is now no longer working for Eurocars. I would like to state that I have been using this company for over 20 years and have not experienced any problem that has not been remedied. The drivers (with the exception of the now sacked 1) are polite, helpful and are happy to talk to you or respect your silence. The office staff and controllers are likewise professional in their attitude, and I am very pleased that I am able to continue to use this company for many years to come. I ordered a taxi the night before to take my elderly parents to Leeds bus station at 6.30 this morning, when I rang to double check at 6.25am that the taxi was on its way, I listened to an automated answer message, which told me the taxi was 3 minutes away, the colour and make of car and even the reg number. Avoid this company at all costs. The drivers are crooks. I was driven all around Bradford, a city I'm not familiar with and charged 8 pounds for a trip that should have cost 5 pounds. The driver spoke little English and appeared quite scary. Girls should avoid especially at night. read more

Tong & Euro is the only taxi company I use too, used them for years know most of the drivers which are all very helpful when picking me up from Asda with my shopping and it's only £2.50 To get me home for the 1st mile. Excellent value for money. read more
