They are very reliable and always there on time when you book a taxi. They very rarely keep you waiting for longer than 5 minutes except at really busy times like christmas. The staff are nice and polite and friendly and always are ready to help a hand with your shopping bags. A lot of the staff are actually local lads so it is easier for them and you get to know them and become like friends. Drivers also now have a call back facility that rings your phone when they are outside rather than beeping the horn and discturbing the whole street / place which is a really nice touch. I think this is a really good feature, it gives extra peace of mind that you're getting into a real taxi! They've always arrived really quickly, even on new year's eve. Prices are good too. Sometimes they ask you what you normally pay so they can match/beat other quotes.
