My absolute favorite doggy daycare. Make sure you take advantage of a referral. Let them know I…read moresent you ! If I could give more than 5 stars, I'd break Yelp's rating scale. This doggy daycare is the ultimate luxury retreat for pups--think canine country club with heart. From the moment I (Lexi the Bougie BT) strut through the doors, I'm treated like the royalty I am. The entire staff is amazing--genuinely loving, attentive, and totally in tune with every dog's personality. But the real stars of the show? Anthony and Michael, the owners, are top-tier, hands-on, always-on-site superheroes. They're there every single day--greeting us with love, making sure every detail is flawless, and creating an environment that feels like home... but better. But don't you worry, they even have cameras so that you can watch from home? And oh baby, the perks of this place: * Pool Days (yes, I splash with my squad) * Treat Parties * Photoshoots (hello, content!) * Outdoor Activities * My Boston Terrier crew--yes, I roll with a whole Boston gang! But that's not all... this place has a full-on doggy spa. * Nail trims * Ear cleanings * Teeth brushing * Luxurious baths and blowouts It's giving "spa day meets play day" and I'm absolutely here for it. And if you're traveling? No problem--they offer overnight accommodations so your pup can stay safe, comfy, and loved while you're away. No crates, no worries--just snuggles and structure. This isn't just doggy daycare--it's a lifestyle. A wellness center. A social club. A pampering palace. I go every day and I genuinely LOVE it. If you're looking for a place that will care for your pup like family, keep them active, clean, stylish, and social--this is it. I feel very conflicted about this place right now. My husband and I boarded our two dogs here back…read morein October and had a great experience. We received regular updates and felt well informed throughout their stay. The only issue at that time was that one of our dogs developed conjunctivitis, but it was minor and easily treated. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was completely different. When I was on my way to drop off our dogs, I received a call from an employee who was laughing while telling me they actually close at 5:30, not 6 as stated on their website. While I understand that arriving close to closing isn't ideal, policies like that should be clearly communicated in advance. While we were away, my phone number stopped working. A few days into the trip, I called to check on our dogs and update my contact information. During that call, the employees I spoke with were again laughing throughout the conversation. I was placed on hold for about seven minutes, only to be told "they're fine" before the call was abruptly ended after I said thank you. I had to call back just to ensure my updated phone number was on file, and I clearly explained that my original number was no longer active. At some point during our trip, there was an incident that required one of my dogs to be removed from group play. However, I was never contacted at my updated number. This is what concerns me most. I feel that my ability to make decisions for my dog's care was taken away. Had I been informed, I could have arranged for a family member to pick him up or explored other options. Instead, he was in a crate for 20 hours a day for nearly a week. I quite frankly feel ill thinking about it. My concern is mostly about the inconsistency in care and professionalism. While our first experience was great, this visit felt careless and poorly handled. Because of this, I don't feel confident bringing my dogs back in the future.

They had a fight in the morning and a second one in the evening. The dogs were left unattended, together during day play. The "handlers" apparently blew the airhorns to get the other dog to stop attacking my dog, that didn't work so then ran to get Adam. What if he wasn't there? My dog would probably not be here today. My dog and the other dog were put back together later the same day, which does not make any sense to anyone with a functioning brain. I didn't know the extent of my dogs injuries due to the attack. Adam tried to negotiate with me to pay the vet bill from his vet even before me being able to see my dog. MY DOG GOT ATTACKED DUE TO YOUR NEGLIGENCE. He offered to give me a free week if I paid $500-600 for the vet bill. Just goes to show you how absolutely money hungry he is and what he's willing to put at risk ( YOUR DOG). I took my dog to our regular vet that Thursday and he had to have 2 drains surgically put into his leg to let it drain and keep swelling down. Not once did Adam apologize for what happened. Not once did he express any compassion or sympathy. That's when I realized it's all just money for him. You and your dog are just another dollar sign to him. This is just a warning for those of you thinking of coming here. He hires people off the street who have 0 dog training or experience with handling dogs to work for him. He is an extremely rough handler, i've watched him myself. The things that are done to your dog when no one is watching makes my blood boil. Please think twice about what may happen to your pup while in their care. My dog paid the price, don't let yours also. We've had a long 3 years of recovery for my dog to be able to trust other people and dogs again. He will never be the dog that he was before because of Adam and Obedient Paws. Please, if you love your dog, don't walk, RUN far away from this place and this man. You will be doing your dog the greatest service.

I was so nervous but Krista was so welcoming and is practically an expert at interpreting dog behavior. I loved that we were able to do a meet and greet before my pups stay. She introduced her wonderful dogs to our dog and quickly determined our pup would be a good fit. She gave us a tour of the the dog ranch which was impressive. I was relieved my pup would have is own large temperature controlled room to sleep in. Their dog ranch is very organized, they have an excellent system in place and routine for the dogs, lots of play time! I love that the dogs can all play outside, and that I was sent pictures of my happy dog daily. When our stay was prolonged one day, Krista accomodated us and our pup was able to stay an extra night, I would recommend bringing extra dog food in case you may return a day later than anticipated. I liked that we were able to bring our pups kennel that he loves to sleep in and his bedding. My dog has some anxiety so Krista recommended bringing boiled chicken and rice in case he didn't want to eat, that was a great idea and I love that they have a fridge to keep pets food as well. I would definitely recommend Ballypines dog ranch to anyone who wants their pet to be well cared for. It was good to not be stressed about my pups stay away from us, I completely trust them with caring for my dog. I also like that they require dogs to have all shots including the flu vaccine, bordetella vaccine and a recent fecal/stool test. In this regard it may cost more than other dog boarding facilities (that's because this is nothing like your typically dog boarding facility ) and is definitely worth it so you know your dog is less likely to get sick during their stay. My pup was so tired for two days after he returned home because he had a blast playing all day! We are looking forward to his next stay!
