I checked in several days ago; after they took my dog back, they needed more info. But first, other people walked in, and they dealt with them because "they didn't want a bunch of dogs in the lobby". Ok, but then it happened again, and again, and then a fourth time. 4 people came in after me and 4 left before me. I finally explained I had a plane to catch, and she took my info. On my return, I came to pick up my dog and was greeted with a frown and a very unfriendly demeanor (the receptionist did not appreciate the fact that I arrived exactly at opening time, I presume but due to delayed flights, I had just gotten home and hadn't slept for over 24 hours). Then, as I paid, I saw on the screen that I am expected to tip. NOPE. You fed my dog the food I gave you and took her out to potty a few times a day. I have no idea how you treated my dog, I only know I received her back stressed and hoarse, so I am guessing it wasn't stellar or worth a tip. I am NOT tipping for the basic service I am already paying for. I am done with everyone wanting a tip. If the company needs to pay their people better, then that is what they need to do. I won't be back. Get the whole tipping thing off of the payment screen!

We moved from AZ/SD and typically would wash him at my parents vet hospital. We washed him with the shampoo provided, rinsed and dried him. All seemed great till 3 days after he had a huge bacterial infection all over his skin!!! After speaking with my parents (veterinarians) and doing a skin scrape we believe it was contracted from the refill shampoo bottles not being properly sanitized between clients plus having diluted soap sit in them for 24 hours or more. For $17 and a giant infection that needs antibiotics even 3 weeks after going and contracting this I do not recommend the washing stations.

I have a 12 year old Maltipoo named Treble. Because I can't handle paying 4X more on my dogs hair…read morethan my own, I usually cut hers. I'm not complaining, groomers deserve every penny. I am sure if I walked into a Great Clips, dropped a load on their floor, threatened to bite if I wasn't treated like the prince of Brunei, I would be charged more than $15. When cutting Treble's hair, she stoically sits until she decides she's done then instantaneously becomes a Tasmanian Devil. When I give up and look at the resulting cut, I think to myself " Who cares, she's not a show dog" to make her feel better I tell her "That's how they're wearing it in France". During my last effort at a cut, I snagged a small tangle and a full on prima doggie-donna melt down ensued. At this stage of the cut she looked like she might be undergoing medical treatment. Instead of saying she's Chemo-chic! I took her to Animal Arts in Noblesville. I explained how sweet she is to start but they may want to use a weed eater to finish. When I picked her up she was happy as ever (even after surviving the horrific tortures of nail trimming) and the cutest I have ever seen her! I didn't have to take out a 2nd mortgage to pay for it and they were exceptionally nice to work with. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could. They did a great job!

We had so much trouble finding a groomer that would return our calls in the last several months that we ended up buying two grooming kits from Amazon and our poor little doggie looked like he was a beauty school test case. I was so thrilled to hear about Wildflower Pet Spa opening in the Broadripple/Glendale area, and was even more thrilled when Tami returned my call as quickly as she did and got him in for a grooming appointment. When we brought him in he was an absolute mess. Tami worked with him often on throughout an entire day, fitting him in between other doggies in order to give him some time to rest and remain calm. He's blind and it takes him a little while to warm up to a new groomer... But Tami was incredibly patient with him. I have since been back a second time and had an equally wonderful experience. She was kind, flexible highly skilled, and did a great job maintaining communication with us throughout the day about timing. I would recommend this place to anyone! As a bonus, if you pay in cash there is a small discount applied to your service, it may be 3%? Don't quote me on that, but it is something to ask about.

I don't usually post reviews but I'm beyond irritated. we took both of our dogs here after our…read moregroomer got injured and we regretted it the same day.. the girls were very nice but the grooming could improve. our male had a cut in his leg (which I would've appreciated if they mentioned it when I picked them up) I didn't realized until I got home and saw him licking it. it wasn't small, I had to get some medication and a cone to keep it from getting infected since he kept licking it because it was bothering him so much. then I saw our girl had gotten knicked on both of her top nipples and she had two scratches in her tummy from the clippers, its been a week and his cut has not healed. She asked what day and time worked best, and we settled on the following day at 12. I got to the house a bit early and sat in my car for a while. I went and rang her door bell on the house, and her grooming trailer (which both have door bell cameras). Her neighbor was outside and told me she was not home yet. I sat in the car with my 2 dogs and eventually called about 10 minutes after my appointment was scheduled, she did not answer. I left a voicemail letting her know I had been waiting, and could wait a little longer if she had forgotten or was running behind. I waited another 15-20 minutes and eventually left. At that point, I had been waiting 30 minutes past my appointment. I decided I would wait a few days to write this review, to give her a chance to call and apologize to me, which she never did. As someone new to the area, this was an extreme let down. She had no regard to my time. If she didn't want to accept my dogs- she shouldn't have allowed me to schedule. I would not recommend The Pet Stylist LLC to anyone. There are plenty of other groomers in the area who would love the business, and respect your time. It is not easy to travel with two dogs!
