I contacted Earl & Brenda at E & B Printing and was immediately positively impressed with their knowledge, experience, courtesy and attention to detail, absolutely crucial to my business cards being able to be accurately reproduced, as originally designed. Both of them were not shy about asking detailed questions, showing me sample designs and fine tuning the initial card layout, until, once printed, it was exactly the same as designed. My business philosophy is quite simple, if someone is skilled in their craft, they deserve all the business they can handle. These folks passed with flying colors and will serve you well.

So insensitive. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. She is seriously unbalanced. Do not go here. They don't want your business. They are angry, rude and and are literally bothered by people. You have someone who wants you to fail.

I can't overstate how wonderful the RH team is. We interviewed a lot of design + build firms and they won out (and were very patient along the way as we went back and forth with questions and requests to meet again... and again). This is the first time we've taken on a project like this and I had a lot of anxiety and concerns, and they helped every step of the way helping me understand the what ifs, the process, the opportunities of when or how to modify decisions, etc. We also have a very shy cat who requires some extra care when strangers are around, and the main builder on our project has been so accomodating and respectful of our needs to support her through the construction, and he ensured all other parties did the same. The quality of craftmanship is outstanding, not just the RH crew but all of their subcontractors as well. You will always hit bumps in the road along the way but I feel like we were in the best hands possible to navigate those bumps. We've had such a stellar experience with RH -- from first inquiries, to design meetings, to the actual work -- that we will 100% return to them for any of our needs, and are already thinking through the next possible project with them.

I typically don't go out of my way to write reviews, but I just had to after this experience…read more Absolutely terrible service. we printed a T-shirt with them to test the quality and color of the clothes, as we were ordering a large amount, and they charged us $90 with ~$70 of that being credit forward for the whole order. That's fine. So we decide to go with the company, and put in an order of over $1200 to just begin our process. I sent in the requests, and 2 weeks later no reply. I contact them again, and re-send the requests, and then no reply for another 4 days. So I ask them, when they're going to send digital proofs, and now they tell us that they don't do them unless the whole order is paid for. Keep in mind we have already done some business, and just wanted to see some simple digital proofs. Just our simple logo on some T-shirts, Hoodies, hats, ect. Literally a few minutes of work at best, and they refused claiming it's "free advertising (?)". I have never worked with a printing company, clothes or paper, which didn't offer digital proofs first. He plain out said that it's "my way of the highway" and that he's been in business for "5 whole years". Then went on to brag about the huge deals they make all the time. Terrible service and rude. They wasted a whole month of our time. Unfortunately, we now have to restart the process.
