Jacob was very helpful. They were having a computer issue which caused him to have to redo the order 4 times but honestly he was more upset than I was because I work with computers every day and I understand the struggle. Jacob went over my paperwork and I had no hidden fees or surprises. My appliances were delivered on date I was told , the washer and dryer were in perfect condition but the refrigerator was dented and the delivery person did not try to hide it, in fact he called my husband outside to show him the dent and told him they were not going to leave it, they have already called me to schedule delivery of a new one. overall, I feel the service was great and the staff helpful and friendly.

I knew I didn't sign anything, come to find out, the delivery men just forged my signature on the liability waiver because they forgot to get me to sign it in the beginning and they couldn't have me sign it after they damaged my property. Conns refused to do anything about the situation. I'm glad they're going bankrupt and shutting their doors, they don't deserve to be open.
