In addition to an annual physical, I also scheduled a deep tissue massage with Shaprell Jones. It was amazing! Her approach is intentional and caring. Her ability to zero in on a tight area and concentrate her efforts to resolve the tension is impressive. The spa room is also very comfortable. The massage table is warm and Shaprell adds a special touch to the experience by placing a calming scent under the head rest to promote relaxation.
