I often bid out electrical jobs from exterior lighting to tenant improvements- especially in this economy, to make sure I'm not getting gouged. This company almost always comes in at the lowest rate, with the shortest lead time on getting things done. I think they are able to undercut other larger firms because are a small operation without a ton of overhead. Jeff and his guys are always willing to take the time to make sure we understand what they found during their investigation and what needs to be done to make things right.
