I went from ruining every loaf of bread I attempted to bake, to being an absolute sourdough champion, baking the most beautiful and best-tasting sourdough ever! The class was very impressively structured, with everything flowing logically, and also being able to fit everything in. The locale is gorgeous on the inside. Very clean, and very well-equipped. I loved that I had my own personal station, with my own tools and stove/oven. I've participated in cooking classes where this wasn't the case, and now I never take it for granted!
