Dmitri was so awesome! We needed a front walkway done in front of our home. We told him what we…read morewanted and he delivered so much more. He was so clever in his ideas and things we thought could not be done he figured out a way to do it. His son who works with him was also wonderful. So hard working and professional. We highly recommend using Total Masonry for your project.

0 Stars - A Complete Waste of Time…read more If you're considering Total Masonry for any work, do yourself a favor and DON'T. I hired them for a simple concrete job that should have taken two days, but after three months of constant rescheduling, it became clear they had no intention of doing the work. They rescheduled me more than 15 times! Some excuses, like heat waves, made sense, but most were just ridiculous--family issues, vacations, or being busy with other customers who I had booked before. It's clear that they prioritize everyone and everything over their clients. Dimitri, the owner, had no problem collecting the $1000 deposit the same day of our agreement, but took over 10 days to return it when I finally had enough. They basically wasted my entire summer stringing me along, offering one excuse after another, without ever starting the job. If you want to deal with a company that treats its customers like an afterthought, go ahead and hire Total Masonry. Otherwise, avoid them at all costs and find someone who actually wants to work. This isn't a business--it's a joke.

We had serious drainage issues before, with water pooling in the yard, but their design completely solved the problem - everything drains perfectly now. There were a couple of small issues during the project, but they came back out quickly and made sure everything was perfect. The final result looks great, functions even better, and we're very happy. We'll definitely have them back for future work!

Installation of my stamped patio went great - communication was good and quoted price was fair. For…read morea few months, everything seemed awesome and we were completely satisfied. However, about 6 months after the patio was installed, we started to notice that the added color to the stamped patio was slowly flaking away. I reached out to Teo weeks later about it and he promptly came out to take a look, and said he'd get back to me as to what we can do. Since then, responses have been VERY slow, I constantly follow up without response and then when I do, no actions come from it. There was likely an issue with the material when pouring that wasn't originally noticed, but that is not my fault and I didn't pay thousands of dollars to have a sub par patio. The only suggestion from Teo was to cover the patio with Flagstone, which material alone would cost more than the full patio. I know it's a bad situation, but ignoring your customers texts and calls over and over again, just to pretty much say "Good luck" is a horrible business model. I'd recommend going elsewhere for more accountability, because now that's what I have to do to fix my problem.
