Absolutely exceptional from start to finish!
From the moment we stepped into Bardot, we were struck by how cozy and beautifully decorated the dining room feels -- a perfect blend of intimate elegance and relaxed comfort that evokes the charm of the South of France. The lighting, décor, and overall ambiance create a setting that feels both special and welcoming.
Our server, Jorge, was nothing short of excellent. He was attentive without being intrusive, incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and offered thoughtful recommendations that truly elevated our meal. His timing, warmth, and professionalism made the entire evening feel seamless and relaxed -- exactly what you want from fine dining service.
One of the standout elements of the evening was how Chef David Chaymol personally visited our table -- not just once, but three times -- to check in, ask how we were enjoying the food, and share his passion for the cuisine. That level of involvement from the chef added a genuinely personal touch that made the experience feel more like dining with friends than at a restaurant.
The food itself is inspired by the flavors of the South of France, combining classic French techniques with local ingredients and creative flair. Every dish was beautifully plated, rich in flavor, and clearly crafted with precision and love. It's a culinary journey that lives up to the elegant setting -- with highlights that are both comforting and exciting for the palate.
We order varios appetizers: octopus, tuna tartar, salad, Searded Foie Gras and lobster cake. Impecable flavor. As main plates we had lobster and the Chilean Sea Bass.
Overall, Bardot is a true gem in Condado -- perfect for date night, celebrations, or any evening where you want to treat yourself to outstanding service, incredible food, and a memorable dining atmosphere. Get a reservation since the place is somewhat some. Keep in mind this is a fancy restaurant... prices go along with it.
