I checked out the hot house, and Platt Hill employees were all over the place preparing for Christmas. Everyone employee greeted me and kept working at the same time. I didn't ask for Sequoia or teak. I've been getting wood for years from places as far away from me as this place, same amount, same mix, carry-up, and it's never been even half this amount. When they first came out to do a small sod project on my front and side yard, Elvin immediately noticed that my lawn had been badly infested with grubs. Instead of just patching over the problem, he took the time to carefully explain and show me exactly what was happening beneath the surface. He educated me on the proper way to treat the issue -- multiple applications before laying any new sod -- and made sure everything was done correctly from start to finish. What truly impressed me was Elvins level of care and dedication. He personally monitored the progress of the new sod daily, making sure it was watered twice a day and that everything took root perfectly.
