I purchased a 30-inch ceramic planter and was originally told it would be left on my driveway. However, upon arrival, the delivery man, Jeff, went above and beyond. He rang the doorbell to notify me of his arrival. To my surprise Jeff kindly offered to move the heavy planter closer to its final destination. In addition to all this unexpected act of kindness, Jeff positioned it so effectively that moving this heavy planter into its final spot was effortless. Thanks to his extra effort, the planter is now exactly where I need it. When I offered Jeff a tip to show my gratitude for his care and helpfulness, he graciously declined, saying he was just happy to help. It is rare to encounter such genuine professionalism. Absolutely Outstanding Service!…read more I cannot say enough good things about Lawns-By-Us and their incredible owner, Elvin along with his hardworking crew. They are simply the best! When they first came out to do a small sod project on my front and side yard, Elvin immediately noticed that my lawn had been badly infested with grubs. Instead of just patching over the problem, he took the time to carefully explain and show me exactly what was happening beneath the surface. He educated me on the proper way to treat the issue -- multiple applications before laying any new sod -- and made sure everything was done correctly from start to finish. What truly impressed me was Elvins level of care and dedication. He personally monitored the progress of the new sod daily, making sure it was watered twice a day and that everything took root perfectly. He and his crew worked tirelessly, and the results speak for themselves -- my lawn looks absolutely amazing now (photos attached!). This is an honest, hardworking man who takes pride in his craft and genuinely cares about his customers. It's so refreshing to find someone who stands behind their work and goes above and beyond. I will absolutely continue to use Lawns-By- Us for all my future landscaping needs. If you're looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, and dedicated, Elvin is the guy to call. You can trust that every dollar you spend is going toward honest, quality work. I couldn't recommend him more highly!
