Even when you are right in front of it, you worry that you might be at the wrong door. There's plenty of parking and some stairs to the theater on both sides of the complex (I believe there is handicapped access in the back). We saved some money by getting our tickets on groupon via goldstar. Picking up tickets a few minutes before the show at the will call desk was pretty easy. Its also good to know there are beverages available should you desire something to drink. This theater is pretty small, making all seats good seats. We were able to see the stage easily, although like most older theaters seating is a bit cramped. It was also a bit warm in the theater. We saw The female of the species which was an enjoyable comedy about a subject matter that appeals to me. I appreciated the sign in the lobby alerting me that there were gun shots to be expected during the performance. It was also helpful of them to discuss how to become season ticket holders prior to the show, prices are very reasonable and even cheaper for seniors. We definitely thought this made for a nice evening out and plan to check out some of the other upcoming shows.

They are just celebrating their 10th year and are a nice community theatre tucked ever so slightly between I-5 and the ferry line. Restrooms are stage left and stage right and the theatre is easy to access once you make it upstairs to the business entrance in the middle of the second story of the building. If you enter on the left you will be at the bottom of the seats and directly in front of the stage on flat ground. If you go up the stairs on the right you will find yourself at the top row of the seats, furthest from the stage. Refreshments and snacks are available during intermission and the lobby is a warm and inviting space. Looking forward to my next play here already!

Decent size venue with good acoustics…read more Sarah and I saw Aida here and the venue was pretty good all things considered. The acoustics was decent at the dress circle level but I'm not sure how it is at the balcony level. They also have a camera pointed at the conductor so you can see him passionately conducting the event on a TV screen attached to the balcony railing! Everyone working at the venue are super nice and there is a small cafeteria that sells snacks, coffee, wine and beer. There is venue parking and plenty of street parking so that's one thing not to worry about! We had a good time here and the play was nice for the price we paid for the tickets! Will definitely come back for more shows in the summer!

If you are not familiar with Scott as a performer, a quick web search will reveal his credentials. He's been teaching for nearly 40 years, and is an active performer playing jazz, classical, and fusion. He is an expert player in a number of different styles, and counts a number of famous musicians as his students. I told Scott what I was interested in learning, and he tailored lessons to my desires. He has a tremendous accumulation of supporting materials - lead sheets for jazz standards, decompositions of rock solos, pages of scales and licks, and the list goes on. It seemed that after every lesson there would be some well-prepared supporting information that I could take home to further my practice and advancement. Scott is also very friendly and patient. His love of playing is infectious. Highly recommended!
