UConn Musculoskeletal Institute was the soonest to take me, with about a week's wait. I ended up getting one of the first morning appointments with Dr. Casserio, who is new to the practice. She was so friendly and thorough, and I was thankful to have her as a doctor. She was great about answering my questions and really had a great "bedside manner." The other people whom I met who work here were also kind and efficient. Overall, this was a positive experience, including the fact that about a month later, I am feeling more healthy and ready to take on this race.
