I have been trying to reschedule my appointment and all I get is music to listen to regardless of what time I call. no box to leave a voicemail message for my Doctor . in this age of hi tech it is hard to believe that they have not spent the time or money on administration and staff development. I have referred many friends and family members to the practice and almost all have had unfortunately the same experience.

Of course cardiac matters are of great importance, but being a patient is not fun, and having a doctor with a bit of flare is a good thing. My parents and in-laws all have had different doctors here, so I have met many. As far as the service they provide, their offices are convenient, clean, safe and well run by a great support staff!

Dr. Boolbol has THE WORST "bedside manner" I've ever experienced. I would NEVER EVER recommend…read morebeing seen by him. He came across as rote, uncaring, and not helpful. If I asked any clarifying questions, he would close his eyes & drop his head. If I even said "ok" while he was explaining something, he would do the same. WOW. This was early in the morning, not that a MD should ever behave that way, it's simply rude! He's awful, patient's beware.
