After they had completed the kitchen remodel work, we called Kennedy again to have additional work completed including fixing a water line to a fridge, checking the temperature of the hot water heater, repairing the downspout on a tub and addressing a slow drip on outdoor spigots. The work was scheduled for just a few days out, was completed in a reasonable time on the day of the job and the pricing was absolutely more than reasonable. Aquidneck Services wax on the preferred provider list and they are local for us. The need assessment was done quickly as was the quote. We chose our plan and arranged all the rebate/financial and within a month had the equipment installed. What a change! Should have done it long ago. Thanks to Eddie and Simon for helping with the process (and answering a lot of questions!) and to Tim and Jonah who installed the mini-splits and took the time to ensure the correct placement for max coolness (and also answered lot of questions!) Tim had to determine best placement of outside hoses for the bedroom unit and then make it work. All work looks fantastic! They also offer annual maintenance. We are very pleased with the service.

On top of that, this issue came during a time where the winter season had just changed, and this and other companies were backed up. After calling, Katie explained this to me, and explained that she would contact me back once a slot filled open. She did and a very professional team of two came and looked at the piping a few days later. They explained what they would be doing and went out and bought the tools they needed and repaired the pipe in a few hours. I also had some other unrelated piping issues and the tech was eager to take a look at it for me and attempted to help remedy the situation, and also said he would have his boss provide me with a quote. I will eventually call them again to take care of the other issues, because they were very professional and confident, unlike the 2 other contractors that came by. Great service! It turned out that our water heater was broken and leaking. He quickly pumped all of the water out of the tank and off the floor. The next morning at 8am they came by to put in a new water heater. By noon, they were done with the installation of a larger water heater which required a new vent and a small amount of plumbing work. They were very tidy and cleaned up all the debris. The price was extremely reasonable. They were also very personable and professional.

First off the person who came was very friendly and professionally. Was done with the job but the he said the boss wanted more testing done even though he knew what was wrong. That cost me more money. Got the bill and nothing was itemized. I was a little out off buy that but let it go. Then the next day they send a different person without the part and wanted me to pay for the job like it was new. He looked at the part and went off t get it. I canceled service. The right way to do this is the person who first came should have ordered the part and whoever was going to finish should have picked up the part so u pay for the install not for someone to start the job from scratch.
