My experience here was absolutely perfect, Angela is super knowledgeable and honest when it comes to her prices, products, and what she thinks would look best for you if you're not 100% sure on making a decision. The day before my appointment I was texted thorough instructions on how to reach her office, which was very helpful because navigating to it was quite challenging. There is a parking garage and also a few parking spots before the gated community area, but the spots are sparse. I recommend doing free street parking along the area, either the sidewalk in front of StudioPlex or the residential streets nearby and walking to the clinic, which will be through the walkway you see directly under the big StudioPlex sign. You have to walk quite a bit into the walkway, and eventually you'll see the clinic's sign out front. The interior of the clinic is clean and decorated nicely, with info pamphlets about the products being used and services offered. Through the entire process--consultation and procedure--Angela gave very helpful advice and I ended up adding on a botox treatment for my TMJ while also providing aesthetic results. I definitely would come again, you're shown immediate before and after pictures, and despite the differences the end result for me came out so natural and exactly what I was hoping for! Angela's also very generous about helping figure out pricing and pay, which I greatly appreciated!! When I arrived, I couldn't find the suite. I called and texted multiple times but didn't receive a response.I understand she may have been with clients, but since I didn't show up at my appointment time, I would have expected her to check her phone to see where I was. I wandered around for 20-30 minutes in the cold and rain trying to locate her suite with no success. When I got home, I texted again asking if I could reschedule at her Midtown location. She apologized for missing my calls and messages but didn't address rescheduling. I followed up the next day and didn't receive a reply. Considering the $700+ cost, nearly double my usual, I'm left questioning whether I received the full amount of Botox I was charged for.

There are short waits to see the doctor and a pleasant waiting room at the office. The surgical outpatient center is owned by Northside Hospital, but it is in the same building as Dr. Namnoum's office. Dr. Namnoum is caring and attentive to an extent, but his personal skills are not his strong point. I recommend researching the surgery and compiling a list of questions pre and post op. We did not find that Dr. Namnoum gave as much information about the surgery or post op limitations without our questioning him and his nurse. His pre op surgical nurse was efficient, but not warm or reassuring-actually a bit cold. The post op nurses who removed bandages and met with us post op were also not very informative or personal, although they were friendly. The surgery went very well and the recovery and outcome were as good as my daughter could have hoped. I highly recommend him.

Long story short (because I could talk about this for hours), I began having debilitating, unexplained symptoms 2.5 years ago that presented like an autoimmune disorder (autoimmune testing was continuously negative). I spent tens of thousands of dollars, countless hours researching, and saw over 15 doctors/specialists who couldn't diagnose me. It got to the point where I was told it was probably Fibromyalgia, and essentially there was nothing wrong with me and I should consider a psych evaluation for a pain disorder (beyond humiliating and degrading). I even asked my Gynecologist about the possibility of having endometriosis two years ago, but she said endometriosis doesn't cause back pain or leg numbness (very wrong), so I didn't pursue it further because I believed her. Fast forward to May 2025, out of sheer desperation, I decided to "retrace my steps" to see if something was missed, and I found Dr. Nezhat on Google. My only regret is not finding him sooner. Every single symptom I mentioned, he validated as a possible symptom of endometriosis, and never once dismissed me because I didn't necessarily have the stereotypical symptoms of Endo. I immediately felt comfortable with Dr. Nezhat and even told my husband "this is where I'm supposed to be". Such an amazing feeling. Dr. Nezhat performed surgery a week and a half ago, and said it was the worst case he's seen. I ended up having deep infiltrating endometriosis throughout my pelvis and abdomen (over 40 excisions/biopsies). This condition caused systemic, inflammatory and auto-immune-like symptoms; it literally destroyed my body and I don't know what I would have done without him. It has taken me a few months to get to the point of being able to put into words what Dr Nezhat has…read moredone for me and to write this review.  Dr Nezhat saved my life.  I had been getting sicker and sicker over the last 2-3 years.  I had seen 3 Gastroenterologist, 4 gynecologist/gynecological surgeons, 1 neurologist and had gone to the Mayo clinic for weeks at a time with no resolve.  I have had MRI's, CT scans, X-rays, blood tests and a laundry list of other tests to determine why I was in so much pain and so sickly all the time. I have had 2 abdominal surgeries and later a partial hysterectomy, leaving my ovaries.   And I was still in so much pain and got no relief.  I told my husband twice I thought I was dying, and I truly was tired of living in constant unbearable pain that I wanted to die.  My husband told me to go and see Dr Nezhat, as his family members had great success with him as their doctor.  Dr. Nezhat is 100% the most knowledgeable and educated Doctor in his field.  He is extensively published, and I felt there was no doctor better in the world to review my case.  I called and spoke with his amazing and caring staff.  They organized my visit and gathered all the medical history.  I had an exam and met with Dr Nezhat after he reviewed my lengthy history.  About 1 month after he began reviewing my case, he scheduled me for surgery.  Dr Nezhat was the only doctor that found the issues and decided to do exploratory surgery on my abdomen.  I am very glad he did!  This was a life-changing event for me!  He spent the time going through my entire abdomen, organ by organ.  Cleaned, repaired and put them back in place where they belonged.  The surgery took about 6.5 hours total with recovery.  Dr Nezhat is one of the most compassionate and caring doctors I have ever met and I have seen many.  He truly cares for his patients, their healing and well-being above all else.   I highly recommend not giving up on yourself and your pain!  Schedule to see Dr Nezhat.  It will be the best decision you EVER MAKE!!  Thank you isn't enough Dr Nezhat and your entire staff.

Replaced with Dr. Sara French using her for about 7 years and another outstanding Doctor, just got a notice today She is leaving Laureate! I have 2 appointments in June and July . I asked them are they protecting me in the office with other doctors? NO they have no other doctors available and I can choose another office downtown etc. or choose another company. I do hate to leave the doctors after almost 20 years but no wonder they have a 1.8 star rating. Just terrible
