I rescheduled her appointment for two days later and called the day of to pay by credit card. I got a call at close to 3 (for a 4 pm appointment) to reschedule due to a "family emergency." No other location has contrast, and I would need to wait until Monday afternoon. Knowingly having one tech in a multi-location for diagnostic imaging is not okay. Now I'm unable to go anywhere else and pay out of pocket because my money is tied up. THIS SCAN IS AN EMERGENCY TO MY FAMILY!!!! STOP CUTTING COST AND STAFF LOCATIONS PROPERLY!!!! The nurse I saw before the doctor was super helpful and good at her job. Everyone made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Plans fell through as an emergency came up, and I had to leave that location while I was waiting to be called. Some time later, I decided to try again at this location to actually get my test done. I filled out the online registration form again as I had been instructed previously and waited. My mom, my husband, and I were all waiting to get the rapid PCR tests this time. My mom needed to use the restroom, so I inquired inside if that would be okay while we waited to be called. One of the front desk girls was really nice and sweet, while the other one was super rude and started firing questions at me about how we registered. I told her we used the online form we were instructed to use at both locations previously. She basically sounded disgusted and said we "shouldn't have done that at home" and we should've come down, scanned the QR code, then they would have given me a time, since they were supposedly booked solid for the day. It's not what she said, it's the lack of tact she used to say it all. She was clearly impatient and probably just hangry as she made a personal call about food later right at the front desk. She didn't give me the chance to explain that I didn't do the app at home and did wait till I got to the center. However, with both locations claiming to do curbside, I wasn't expecting to come in at all, if it hadn't been for the fact that my mom had to urinate. She was just super short with me for someone who has never dealt with their clearly faulty system before. Whatever... Anyway, at least they said they could take us in by 2:30pm, so we could come back. My mom and I had our tests billed through insurance with no copay. My husband's would have been over $100 with no insurance, so we opted to take him back to Walgreens for free testing later. When the time came for the test, the lady who helped us was really nice. She was in and out, and we were done with everything promptly. There was no curbside as promised. We had to come in. So that's up to you, how you feel about COVID safety, if debating about going to this location. We got our results within two hours for the rapid PCR as promised, both negative thankfully. The lady who sounded hangry seemed slightly friendlier after what I assume to be her late lunch on our way out. Would I come here again if we needed to? Probably. I prefer Walgreens COVID testing over the system in place here, but it was my boss's preference for the rapid PCR (which Walgreens doesn't currently offer).

I called the kind lady at the front desk, and asked if the doctor would see me today since I wouldn't make it there until 7PM. I showed up around 7:15, and was checked in no problem. I was called to the back and the nurse did my vitals. There was a portion that needed to be filled out by me and a portion for the doctor to fill out. Maybe I missed it, but I was not told to have my portion filled out before seeing the doctor. I usually filled it out with the doctor and go into detail about my medical history (not my first time getting this form filled out). Dr. Harvey came in and immediately scolded me for not having my portion of the form not completed. Made me feel like a complete burden by saying "that's not filled out? You do know we are closing right?" Like I didn't call before to see if I could still come AND pay to be serviced. I guess the nurse that came in before him was there for decoration, because he came in and asked for the exact same basic information. Shallow questions, had no desire to learn more detail about my medical history and wanted to make an uninformed decision without asking questions. I felt rushed and unimportant, and it was so painfully obvious that he wanted me to get out. Then he went out in the hallway with the nurse continually being rude, saying loudly "she didn't even put her name on this form" like I am not right there in the other room. Like he couldn't even be bothered to even ask for my name. He is one of those elderly people who think they can talk to younger people any kind of way, because I guarantee he would not talk to his peers or someone his own age like that. If he doesn't want to see people that late, maybe he should have it where the cut off is at 6PM or maybe not work that late so other people will have to deal with that. I was not treated like a professional who paid for a service. I definitely would not recommend and I will not be back ever.

I expressed that it was hurting, but the phlebotomist decided to wiggle the needle aggressively. I almost passed out and a second attempt was performed without escalation to a more experienced staff member. As of 3/2/26, I am still experiencing pain and functional limitations in my hand and arm that have required ongoing medical care. I have attempted several times, using multiple methods, to inform Labcorp of this issue but have not received any response. I am sharing this to highlight the importance of listening to patient feedback, proper supervision, and escalation protocols for new staff to ensure patient safety.
