I spent $115 (gel + tip + shape "coffin" $5) I asked for round and the manager said it's still a charge + pedicure + extra scrubbing around heel $5 (basic spa$30) I gave a $20 tip. Total $135. This place does do haircut and eye lashes next door. I met a lady today who got her eyelashes done and they looked good. Very natural. Might consider. They have so head spa next door as well. Pretty much all in one. I do plan on going back to get a haircut and blowout. Lady said it starts at $55 even with really long hair. She helped answer every question I had and also accommodated to being gentle when detangling my hair and avoids extra pulling as it triggers my PTSD. This is a family owned and operated business so it feels so nice to come support small business. If you're thinking of making the investment into your looks, this is the place to come to. They will be clear with pricing when scheduling and if it's out of your budget they may be able to schedule you with a Junior stylist instead of a master one either way- be confident you will leave with the look of your dreams. She dry cut my hair at first... not an issue. But noticed that she wasn't doing the layers I requested nor the haircut. She noticed I had an undercut but did nothing to it(it needed cleaned up). I basically got a trim, a wash(she was aggressively digging her nails into my scalp and not in a feel good way), and she styled my hair in a straight way which I didn't want either. I didn't want confrontation because the front desk didn't seem happy about something that was going on with the stylists. I paid $84 for a trim essentially and I tipped(I know I shouldnt have but the appointment was a walk in and I still took her time)$15. I am super upset. Everyone that I have spoke to(friends)said they see no difference in my hair. Either do I. The atmosphere was very off too.

We in fact did not follow the directions and read everything carefully. My only excuse is I was driving when the appt was made and I was unable to read all the descriptions. It was like talking to a dear friend, conversation flowed freely. There wasn't a single point where I was in pain or uncomfortable (which after an experience in Southlake is something I don't take for granted). She took her time, and made me feel like I was the only priority. and now the absolute icing on the cake, my hair the cut and the color are complete perfection. This is my second time here. The first time was great but this time I did not feel welcome…read more Practically gave me the boot after my subpar haircut and did not even offer to blow dry my hair when I stated at scheduling that's what I wanted. Then a minute after saying no to adding a tip I was asked again about a tip. After returning home to blow dry my hair I saw the true travesty of my hair.
