Mrs. D explained the entire process, told Kim (the colorist) exactly what to use to get as close to that shade as possible, and made sure my daughter felt confident and excited and she was all in! After the color process, Kayla took over, washed her hair, and did a beautiful blowout. My daughter is IN LOVE with her hair. I went in to get my grays covered, and Mrs. D recommended a gorgeous brown. The way she explained everything to both of us made it clear she is extremely experienced and truly knows her craft. Over the summer, my hair was professionally, yet grossly, over processed. Now, I have collected more hair in a bag than I have left on my head. My hair and my heart have suffered. Lina took her time, said extensions weren't for me right now due to my level of damage, and opted for a cut instead. I could not stick around, I had another appointment after my hair appointment which was apparently not going to happen. I do not know what it is with this salon. If you can handle poor scheduling and poor communication then good for you. Many people cannot. I have never had such a disorganized and sloppy salon before.
