I didn't ask who she was since I requested a specific person based on the great reviews she had. I was a little worried watching the woman cut her hair because she seemed to be fumbling with her comb and scissors. I should have said something during the hair cut but I was trying to trust the process. She was very kind but did not know how to cut thick hair. I'm not a licensed hairdresser and when she asked me to check it while still damp I tried my best. It seemed ok. As it quickly dried in this heatwave I could see how uneven her hair was. I am so disappointed in my experience and now I need to find another place that'll honest (because I clearly requested someone else) and fix her hair.

We were able yo boom a same day online appointment. The place was super cute. They have cut little car chairs & toys & tvs. We had Trina as our stylist, and she did a great job! She was so patient, gentle, and welcoming throughout the whole appointment which made the experience so much easier for us as parents too. His haircut turned out adorable, and we couldn't be happier with how everything went. Thank you, Trina, for making our son's first haircut such a special and positive memory for our family and i love the before and after pictures and the certificate they give you. Too cute!

At…read moreapproximately 1:25 PM, I received a text message from Booksy advising me that my appointment had been rescheduled with a different barber. As a first-time customer, this was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I specifically booked with Joel and arranged my schedule accordingly. Being notified only 35 minutes before the appointment that I would be seeing a different barber is unacceptable. If there are times when a barber is unavailable, those appointment slots should be blocked off in advance rather than being changed at the last minute. This experience has left a poor first impression of your barbershop.

We had family help before, but we wanted to have it done at a kid friendly place so he could experience it. Pictures and reviews of Kids Fun Cuts looked awesome and I knew this would be the perfect place for him. They had a little play area for kids who are waiting which was very nice. They have various car seats for the kids and if you need it they have regular chairs. We saw one dad with his kid in a chair since it helped get the haircut done, which is very good to know since we have a 1 year old and we'll probably need that option. They have TVs for each station and my son was able to watch cars as he got his haircut. The stylist, Jenna, was very friendly and you could tell everyone here enjoys working with kids. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience and how perfect my son's hair cut came out. We even got to take home a balloon and lollipop. If you do a google review, you can get $3 off as well so his hair cut came out to be $31. Thank you soooooooo much!!! I'd give more stars if I could.

I asked him what was wrong, and he said he liked his haircut, but the stylist grabbed his arm hard and kept telling him to stop moving--even though he wasn't moving. On top of that, the haircut was $37 for a child's cut, and they won't use a #0 guard if that's what you're looking for.

This review for Nadeen is long overdue!…read more I've been a client of Nadeen's (@HairbyNadeen_) since mid-January. It was one of those days when I desperately needed something new--and my hairstylist at the time just wasn't cutting it...literally! I'm so happy I came across Rock Paper Scissors-Chino on Instagram. I reached out to ask if anyone was available for a haircut and color that afternoon, and to my surprise, Nadeen called me right away and said she could see me in 30 minutes. I told her, "I'm on my way!" From the moment I walked in and Nadeen greeted me, I immediately felt at ease. She asked what I wanted, listened carefully, answered all my questions, and gave me her honest professional opinion. Seven months later, I still see Nadeen about every 6-7 weeks for color, toner, root touch-ups, trims, and haircuts--so I never miss one. Not only is she amazing with color, but her cuts are always perfect! She is a true artist, incredibly sweet, and genuinely cares about her clients. Nadeen has completely transformed my hair since that first appointment in January. If you compare my photos from then to now--what a difference she has made! She's my knight & Shiny Hair Stylist Nadeen is very popular at Rock Paper Scissors, and now you know why! I always pre-book my next appointment before leaving so I don't miss one. I guess if someone gets hospitalized or dies they will still charge you the cancellation fee. Once I got off the phone with them they automatically charged my card. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card. Don't give your business to this salon! They steal money and don't care for their customers! There should be exceptions for certain circumstances and not be greedy. This salon is not run right. My husband wrote a review on his own account and I did my own. We have the right to do that.
