I got a text around 3pm saying he was on his way and he arrived shortly after. I told him what happened and he went to work checking various components of the system. He quickly found this issue (a bad start relay), replaced it and the refrigerator and freezer began cooling. It's always good to see a good technician jump in and solve an issue. Joseph was communicative during the entire process. You could tell he knows and enjoys what he is doing. I will call him again for any appliance or AC work we need in the future.

Not quite a year later the capacitor went out again (our unit is old and needs to be replaced, so it going out again was normal wear and tear). It was two weeks shy of the original replacement so nick replaced it at no charge. Just like our first experience, he was prompt, courteous, and honest! He was transparent about what did and did not need to be replaced so I felt comfortable he was not just trying to sell us everything he could. Fast forward 18 month and one of the air control motors failed and needed to be replaced. The technician presented a quote for $600.. I questioned the technician on the cost of the part, really not believing this part was that expensive. I declined to have the work done. Right after he left, I removed the air control motor by unscrewing a single screw and purchased a new one for $54 delivered.. I sent the purchase invoice to the technician with a description of my disappointment in such a charge, for a part that was so inexpensive and so easy to remove and install.. remember I mentioned I recieved 2 years of labor with my purchase and therefore no labor should have been included in the cost. I asked the technician to forward my concern to the owner, Gary. It's been weeks, and I have not heard anything back from either the owner or the technician. Why can't you trust contractors these days, you have to watch them and question everything they say needs to be done.​
