I finally gave up and went to Moss in the Danforth and bought my cushions there. The owners response below is proof that they are lack customer service experience. If someone there would have said they don't sell cushions for their furniture, I would have looked elsewhere a long time ago. I wasn't getting a response and asked over and over to get someone to assist. I had to reach out to the owner on LinkedIn in order to get someone's attention. Not once did he acknowledge my complaint about his incompetent staff and from his response below you can tell he has no customer service experience nor does he care.

I suspected you could try to find a vendor to strip and refinish the set, so I decided to stop in at this dot while I was in the area to find out for sure. I was not disappointed by the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff here to answer my question, because she previously worked in such a place and I got the benefit of her previous work experience. Thank you, dot, for hiring people who really have the background for the job. I decided to have fun browsing the store as it's the end of summer and this clearance outlet has plenty to offer. I wound up creating a set of outdoor placemats over 20 years of having the patio set...yeah lol. I had to create a combination of 3 styles to get 8 placemats, but boy was I rewarded when I went to the cash to ring up. 100% recommend checking this franchise out if you're investigating outdoor furniture options. I was 100% happy 20 years ago, and I'm still 100% happy shopping here today.

How does she decide with so many options? I made the mistake of buying from this business and I will never make that mistake again. They do not stand behind the quality of their product, and they lie without reservation. That is the truth of the matter. Rounding up all your poor reviews and claiming they are fake does not change the facts. Two of my covers sit three inches off the ground and leave the feet and bottom rattan completely unprotected. They claim the fault lies with the coverer and not the cover, and that they are not pulled down all the way. Even though I did not include "How to put a cover on a piece of furniture 101" in my university course load many years ago, I can assure you the cover is "installed" correctly and pulled down all the way. Their response to the issue should tell you all you need to know about this company. The lies just keep coming many months after the fact. I wonder what the weather is like in SF. It's quite a pleasant day here in TO.

It was back ordered a few times I tried to order it directly online from them so they referred me to check with Dickson BBQ who are located in Toronto. I haven't physically been in their store but looks like they have everything from A-Z concerning bbq/smoking with fair prices paired with fair shipping charges. I ordered the rub and also a butcher paper roll which for the latter I was having a real hard time getting my hands on from either Traeger or their distributor here in Laval, Qc. This place now has a special place in my bbq/smoking book because of their wide brand selection and Canada exclusive Meat Church products. It's really worth checking out their site if you need to expand your horizon in this domain. Above all, what makes them special in my books is their superb customer service. Communication is much easier by email than phone and I was just wowed when they replied to my emails in a short period of time and sometimes late at night. I haven't seen this often elsewhere but just to show you their commitment on answering your emails the same day. Amazing customer service and great stock. Good job folks. Keep it up!! :)
