It was back ordered a few times I tried to order it directly online from them so they referred me to check with Dickson BBQ who are located in Toronto. I haven't physically been in their store but looks like they have everything from A-Z concerning bbq/smoking with fair prices paired with fair shipping charges. I ordered the rub and also a butcher paper roll which for the latter I was having a real hard time getting my hands on from either Traeger or their distributor here in Laval, Qc. This place now has a special place in my bbq/smoking book because of their wide brand selection and Canada exclusive Meat Church products. It's really worth checking out their site if you need to expand your horizon in this domain. Above all, what makes them special in my books is their superb customer service. Communication is much easier by email than phone and I was just wowed when they replied to my emails in a short period of time and sometimes late at night. I haven't seen this often elsewhere but just to show you their commitment on answering your emails the same day. Amazing customer service and great stock. Good job folks. Keep it up!! :)

As I write this we are still dealing with the covid-19 pandemic, and as a result non-essential stores are forced to take other measures to service their customers such as online ordering and delivering via a third-party delivery service. Approximately two weeks ago I placed an order for some items which, to this date had not been delivered. Absolutely not the fault of Dickson's BBQ Center. After several Communications with the delivery company both on my part and on Dickson's part, they personally made sure that not only did I get what I ordered but I got a little more because of the inconvenience caused, and the items are now in my possession. These guys are doing a tremendous job under extremely difficult circumstances and at the very least they deserve a glowing review. Their customer service really is second to none. Great job, all of you!

Great selection, and when they didn't have what I wanted they brought it in for me. You can buy the same equipment at other stores, but this place will make sure you are happy with what you buy, and will take good care of you afterwards. Garry took my information, along with pictures of the unit and asked that I contact their Barrie office the next business day. When I contacted them, the service representative had already processed the delivery of a new remote unit at no cost! I received the new unit and easily installed it by the end of that week. SIX WEEKS of back and forth - with Kent from Barbecues Galore being more reactive than proactive (If I did not initiate an email or call, he was not involved). I finally got a call from a '3rd party' asking me to provide the part number of the items that needed to be ordered - six weeks after delivery. How is the onus on the customer to know the part numbers of the missing grill components? I reached out to Kent again - no reply, no follow-up that was about 2 weeks ago. At this point, I realized I was dealing with a company that isn't invested in customer satisfaction post-delivery. I called DCS directly in the US, explained my situation - escalated the lack of support from the unresponsive dealer. Finally, I got the parts shipped from Lancaster, TX, in 48 hours by FedEx. It took me two days to get a part Barbecues Galore declined to take ownership of their delivery issues and kept the customer in limbo for seven weeks. This has by far been the worst customer support experience I have ever encountered.

Not once did he acknowledge my complaint about his incompetent staff and from his response below you can tell he has no customer service experience nor does he care.
