We had been spending the weekend checking out different parts of Nashville, and since this is Jelly Roll's bar, we definitely wanted to stop in and see what it was all about. The place has a really fun Nashville atmosphere. There is a lot going on, the music fits the setting perfectly, and it has that energetic downtown Nashville feel that makes you want to hang around for a while. We had a great time walking around, checking everything out, and enjoying the atmosphere with our group. I also thought it was pretty cool seeing all of the Jelly Roll touches throughout the place. You can tell they wanted the bar to have its own personality instead of just feeling like another generic spot on Broadway. There was plenty to look at and the whole place had a fun vibe. We were in Nashville for a football game, but getting out with friends and checking out places like Goodnight Nashville ended up being a big part of what made the weekend so much fun. It was nice having a place where we could relax, hang out, and take in some of the Nashville experience. Definitely had a great time here. If you are a Jelly Roll fan or just looking for a fun place to check out while you are spending a weekend in Nashville, Goodnight Nashville is worth a stop. I am glad we made it part of our trip.

There is additional parking around the side in an open lot that felt safe, was free (at least currently), and was super convenient. Once you arrive, walk around the left side of the building and order inside at the bar. They'll give you a pager, and when your food is ready, you'll head outside to the food truck for pickup. When we first walked in, I have to admit I thought, "What is that smell?" Then I realized it was the giant brewing vats and the smell of the beer-making process. They have board games in the back, and it looks like they host karaoke nights, which gives the space a really fun, community-oriented feel.
