Saor ran us through the options and we ended up ordering the following: Green beans with almond, grilled fennel with walnuts, lentils and stuffed mushrooms. You really cannot go wrong with any of these as how they were severed though my personal favorite were the lentils and the fennel. For our main courses we had the sea bass ravioli and the sliced beef tenderloin. The sea bass ravioli came on an asparagus puree. Both were incredible, and cooked to perfection. When we sat down it was pretty empty (we were having an early dinner) but by the time we were done all seats were filled with locals and tourists, and I didn't hear a single negative remark from anyone, just complimentary comments all around. We happened to be sitting next to a man who was by himself, and turned out to be a chef from Rome. He could not stop complimenting the food, even talking to himself, and kept sending compliments to the chef. He literally ordered around five plates of food just because he wanted to try more stuff because he liked it so much. They ended up bringing him a free dessert too.
