As with most things Dutch, it's the experience that matters. Troost has wonderful wooden seating outside, all freshly handmade, and shiny new, with heating. Speaking of beers, they brew inside the restaurant. You can actually see the brewing operation. There are 9 brews on tap and some other options as well, including wines and liquors. I had a Strawberry Rhubarb something, a New England IPA, a Dunkelweizen and a Tripel. All were very tasty, but I am not a beer connoisseur.
