The carciofo roll was the most creative and tasty vegan option I have seen at a sushi place. It had an artichoke cream on top and a little bit of fried vegtables inside. The veggie dumplings were also amazing along with all the other food. For nonvegans, there was so many options from pistacchio rolls to the temaki shake to gunkan spicy tuna. Their menus are all online and one is included with the link below. It appears he did not want to serve guests based on racial appearance, or possibly guests with children.
