Martin was our waiter and he was great. There were a few large screen TVs playing sports. There was live music. A lot was going on but it really worked. People were enjoying themselves and the wait staff was friendly and talkative. I ordered shrimp fajitas and my husband ordered the mole. He always orders mole. The meals were very good. We ordered a mango margarita and Tecate. The margarita came with a tehine rim. I just wiped it off. That is becoming so popular. I decided to indulge in the banana dessert and I am glad I did. It came with a show. That was fun and the dessert was delicious. We were there earlier in the evening and we saw many couples and families. I'm sure the place gets a little more livelier as the night goes on. If you are in the area, this is a good place to eat and enjoy your time in Cancun.

I just drank water, so cannot comment on the drinks. I had the flan for dessert, which was generous in size & ok. One of my friends had the flaming bananas & said it was so yummy! Half of our group enjoyed (but not loved) their food and half did not enjoy. My SO and I split the al pastor meal. In the past we have loved this, but this time it felt like they rushed to make it and the flavors we remembered just weren't there. It was still good, but I think it could have been better. I do love the churro cart here, but you can get good churros several other places. Overall, this place has gone downhill in our opinion, and for the price it isn't worth it when there so many better options close by.
