Their bar and menus looked beautiful and they were so great with communication throughout the planning phase, and showed up early had everything set up and it looked amazing!! They supply all of the beer, seltzers, and liquor, and make it one less thing to worry about when planning a wedding. We did not have to lift a single finger, they handled everything!!! Ahh where to begin? I guess we'll start from the beginning which was about a year ago when I was…read morelooking into bartending services and I was thrilled when found a company that claimed to "do it all". With their provided premium bar options you are granted 2-3 liquor options, 2 beer options and wine and the mixers and bartender. Prior to booking I talked to Alexis via phone as she was able to alleviate some concerns I had about the all inclusive options, all in all she must have said the right things because I booked Dream Team Elite for October 5,2024 from 4:30-11 using the premium bar option for 100 people unlimited. Ohhh almost forgot to mention I also paid an extra 50 bucks for cups, napkins, and straws so that I wouldn't have to worry about getting them. Fast forward a bit, a few weeks away from the wedding, I call to confirm all is well, I tell Alexis I didn't really think that 100 people Would be drinking alcohol and she said that was fine she was going to cover 50 people drinking alcohol and supply pop for those that wouldn't be drinking alcohol. We went over all the liquor/beer/pop choices at the time as well. (Again nothing in writing, shame on me). On the day of, the bartender showed up with nearly nothing. And although the bartender herself was fabulous, the rest of the evening was filled with constant concern and a couple different times people had to go get things just to have enough to get us through the reception. Had I not brought some "just in case pop/alcohol" there would have never been enough. Also the 50 dollars I spent for cups/napkins/straws to be supplied, yeah well I never seen those either. Alexis has been given ample opportunity to fix this wrong after being notified of everything that has occurred but she only makes excuses and goes on to blame assistants and bartenders. If you're looking for a shitty way to blow 1500 bucks, this is the place to do it!
