They sent plenty of staff, guests in particular noted how nice it was that we had 4 bartenders and there was never a long line at the bar. They can provide everything and are flexible to do a plated sit down dinner with real everything (plates, cutlery, stemware) or a giant pig roast with disposable everything so they can fit into any budget.
