You must try the Tambaqui Band on Brasa, it's a grilled Amazon River fish accompany with creamy rice, grain flour, pickle vinaigrette and banana. Size is very big even it's a half fish, good for two person. Appetizer make sure to try the Bittersweet Tambaqui Ribs. It comes in four pieces, deep fried fish ribs in a sweet sauce. Tacacá is a kind of Amazon fish with pickled Jambu and shrimp, it's very sour if you are not a fan of sour you might want to skip it. The Caboclo Rice with Braised Shrimps is like paella but it's cooked with pickled jambu as well so it also taste sour. For dessert Discovermanus is an Amazon classic dessert, a little bit like chocolate moose cake, inside is a bit sour as well. But banana crème brûlée is delightful, instead of cream the base taste more like a banana purée.
