Went downhill over the years, from non-glossy/thin fabric with the colors the same as the files to glossy/thick fabric with completely different colors from the files. Their color differs from the one less than a year ago, in 2024, as I gave them the same color then and a few months ago. But they changed purple to blue the last time. That is on them and yet they asked me to pay more for their mistake. They also did not mention that they would refund only after a couple days of opening the poster (during the hectic conference). Then they wrote that they would not refund for a poor quality poster with grommets eating the end of the posters and creating wrinkles. Whatever suits them to keep customers' money, after they failed to mention their 'policy' of 2 days for refunds before I paid them. I used them for several years and recommended them to other academics. But their refusal to refund and poor quality force me to look for other businesses. read more

Its a shame a company we have used exclusively for our trade show horizontal and vertical banners has let us down. The horizontal banner stand, according to them, has a larger hook to hold the grommets on the fabric banners. They said they only have one type of stand. However, when we ordered a replacement fabric banner they put smaller grommets, that cannnot be hooked onto the larger stand hooks. They then charged me for a new banner plus freight. This is not good business when you knowingly provide a product (banner) that will NOT work with your own stand. read more

After placing my first ever order, a customer service representative emailed me shortly thereafter to inform me that the dimensions of my file were different than the dimensions of what I placed in my order. I went back and forth with this person for a bit - they were quick to reply, informative, polite, and extremely helpful. This 1 star is only based on the customer service I received. I needed to get a retractable banner made. I've not had one made before nor am I familiar with the sizes etc. That's where I needed the guidance off someone. I called BannerWorld and was told to upload the picture on their website. I wasn't comfortable doing this as it required me to make the payment at the same time. Something I wasn't comfortable with as I wasn't familiar with sizes etc.. I therefore went to their property to try get more info before proceeding with anything. The girl working there couldn't have been more disinterested in helping. As she continued to work on whatever she was working on, she just kept telling me to upload it on their website and she will look it over. After asking some questions and encountering that type of disinterested customer service I decided to leave. I most likely wouldn't venture back there again. read more

I don't know what it is when it comes to printers, but I never have been able to find one I can go back to. I run a small business, and we constantly need things printed whether it is posters, banners, or whatever else.,. and every company we've turned to seems to lack. I give props to banner world for their customer service though. Ellie was always helpful and accommodating every time I had a question regarding my order. sooooo I had ordered a banner and banner stand that I chose to pickup in person. After I had picked up my goods I went straight to the venue to setup the banner only to come to a halt. The banner was missing all the bolts needed to assemble the stand! So at this point I am panicking because I need the banner up within the next hour and I don't have time to go back through the L.A. traffic and pickup the parts that should have been there to begin with. There was nobody they would send to bring me the items until after the time I would have needed it. Instead, I drove back at my own expense (both in gas/time/lost costs for starting late) on top of that The banner stand had issues I brought up, but never heard anything back about it... In regards to the mishap the owner gave me $50 credit on my next order... which is the only reason I went back. (Even though I lose way more than that) Besides, it was their second chance to redeem themselves for the botched up order. I placed an order for two more banners, and to my surprise on the day of the event when I unrolled one of them... A HOLE in the banner. It was like it got caught up on something and tore. This was my first experience having a banner made for my small business, so I was very nervous about the process. I decided to go with BannerWorld since they seemed to have good prices and they had a template that I could use with my own custom graphics. I received my box in the mail yesterday, and at first I was alarmed because there was significant damage to the box! Thankfully my order was nicely bubble wrapped and there was no product damage. The banner itself came out perfectly and exactly how I imagined it would look! I am extremely happy with the way the printing turned out. the banner stand was easy to set-up (good since no directions came along with it!) and there are two separate cases to hold it and make it very easy to transport. Very disappointed with the service and printing job! I had a stand-up fabric poster printed, and the price was reasonable BUT I had to return to the shop THREE times in order to get the correct print. The first print had additional markings on the poster that were not part of the image. Olivia said she would replace the poster and would have it ready midday to be picked up. When I arrived in the afternoon, nothing was ready and after waiting 15 minutes for someone to help, they mentioned it would be another 20 minutes. No one was caring or willing to make the situation better! The savings were not worth it since I had to got three times to get the right poster. I will just have to continue using other providers. I had to get a banner done a few weeks ago and I was suggested to try out BannerWorld. As soon as I got in the building I was greeted by Randy, he was assisting a customer with her finished banner. I was doing a couple photos that I needed for my wall in my apartment and after working on it with Randy it came out beautiful! We asked for a repeat order of the exact same banner that was there only a few months ago. Same measurements, same type and they said Oh no, you should order this one. Well that one was not what we ended for a front facing non adhesive product, in which we asked for. The actually, sent the the opposite order with a non stick adhesive. We then ordered a sign with front adhesive, just like the historic adhesive we originally asked for, and they said they would only charge us 50% of the price. Well today it arrived and it is impossible to install and 1 inch bigger than we asked for. read more

I've used Bannerworld twice now for two different events. In both cases I needed something fast! My fault for always waiting till the last minute to decide on the purchase...but luckily Olivia was there to help me on my most recent attempt. Not only did she get my banners printed on a rush same day pick up...but she also helped edit my images to make them more clear and hi def. Apparently I had uploaded/ designed the images in pixelated format, so the lettering was fuzzy. But Olivia took control and fixed them for me no extra charge. The print ink comes out easily, the banner can not be folded face-to-face, otherwise, the ink will mixed up with the other side's. Wrinkles left on the vinyl cloth.--not a good choice!! read more

If you are looking for a company to produce banners, look no further! I was a bit apprehensive since their prices are almost 1/2 of other quotes I received (one for 3X the price I paid here), however, my 3x6 vinyl banner was spot on! The colors and photos were exactly how I created them - clear and vivid. I had also ordered a 2x6 banner and Olivia caught my file error immediately and sent me an email to correct it. Oh, the worst, worst, worst experience I've had with a vendor yet. Received a broken stand from them yesterday. It was shipped to my conference location, just in time for an exhibit, so I was stuck with having to improvise without a stand. Sent an email asking for a refund. The person who received the email accidentally sent me an email clearly intended for a coworker, saying "Hmm, sounds fishy to me. Should he get a refund, store credit or nothing?" Then another rep contacts me and asks for pictures of the damage and the original packaging...along with a notice that they expect customers to abide by their terms of service, which apparently state all sales are final. No apology for inadequate packing, no apology for the broken item. What is their commitment to their customers? Really disappointed in their quality of service, and they begin addressing a customer complaint with the assumption that the customer is somehow dishonest. I don't have time for this. I ordered a large premium fabric bannger from Banner World hoping to purchase a product I could use for a while. When I received the banner, the colors were off from what I had seen on screen and after adding a pocket rod, the lettering was not centered. Even worse, when the banner is exposed to any dampness, it shows a shadow on the fabric. I tried to wipe the mark away only to find that the color rubbed right off and my banner was now ruined. I used the banner 2 times at the cost of $99. I contacted the company and requested a refund, had I know the "premium fabric" was so fragile and easily damaged, I would have gone with the much cheaper vinyl. I was offered a reprint of the banner at half price, so I could pay again for a inferior product that would probably not last any longer than the previous one. I am very negatively impressed with the company and the customer service. read more
