The gel polish is sloppy. It doesn't go to the ends, so after two days, my polish is lifting on the sides. I didn't even get a design, and the $70 is before tip! I really think I was overcharged and she was just throwing numbers out there. Probably the worst my nails have ever looked. The old color isn't even completely off on my thumb, she just gave up. I shouldn't be seeing my actual nail on the sides. Hopefully these last for at least 2 weeks. However, they seem to have a lot of nail techs. So this is only true for one technician. I will not be returning, though.

The one doing my mani-pedi seemed irritated and condescending the entire time. Instead of providing a relaxing experience, he pushed me repeatedly to get gel polish--even after I declined. He even went so far as to ask my friend to convince me, which was unnecessary and uncomfortable. At one point, he commented that he could "tell I barely get pedicures," which was rude and unprofessional. On top of that, both men spoke in another language, but their body language and tone made it obvious they were talking about us. We also noticed them being dismissive toward other customers--one even returned right after her appointment because her nail chipped, and others walked out due to long wait times. To make matters worse, my manicure left me bleeding. While he did apologize, after four years of experience (as he mentioned), I would expect basic skill and care to prevent that from happening. It also seems like appointments are not prioritized properly, adding to the frustration. With so many other salons in the area, I'd recommend choosing somewhere else that values professionalism, customer comfort, and quality service.
