Then she jogs out of the room, leaving my very expensive girl on the table ALONE with two overly tight contraptions on her neck. The girl comes back with a young man, then she tells me she can't do the front feet and would I unhook her. I could barely get her unhooked as it was far too tight. No charge. If Diva would have wriggled off the table she would have been hanging there. It took me hours to calm her down. I called to complain about the horrible treatment of Diva and requested calls from the Store Manager and whoever was in charge of the groomers. No one called. Calling corporate NEXT.
