This place would make the Queen of England look (and feel) like a suspect of thievery.
Barbara (grey haired lady) is the downfall of this place, as she instills a theivery paradigm into all of her employees, and has no trust in her customers.
She thinks everyone is stealing constantly, and has laughed in my face on multiple occasions. (Cackled, like an evil witch, her head was tilted so far back that I could see all of the crowns on her teeth.)
If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would in a New York minute!
All of the crystals are labeled wrong 90% of the time, so ALWAYS fact check them! 90% of the crystals I have gotten from them are mislabeled or are named something that doesn't even exist.
As soon as you walk in, everyone instantly glares at you with their acidic eyes and judge you up and down.
And God forbid you have a bag with no zipper, otherwise it's considered "open" and you have to leave it up front.
Also, you can't shop here if you don't use these petty, annoying little baskets.
Even if you're just grabbing a spool of wire, they will follow you around and stare at you until you check out.
Even when you get up to the front and try to make conversation to ease the tension; they all have absolutely repulsive attitudes towards you, even though you're giving them your money and business.
For whatever reason these people feel entitled to stick their nose in the air and follow you around and passively harass you until you spend money or leave.
DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE!!
If you read the other reviews from other customers, they're clearly racist and tend to discriminate and follow you around more, especially if you're a person of color...
Michelle was rude to me, and the chubbier girl with the short, brunette pixie cut has a real attitude problem as well.
Barbara is the main issue.
She clearly programs all of her staff to be paranoid about thievery, to the point of driving a way all of their business.
They're a crystal shop that doesn't sage, never cleanses the energy or the crystals.
They get up in your space, even when you're clearly trying to see if you vibe with this or that crystal.
**If you have anxiety or are an HSP; I do not reccomend it here.**
Start at the Aquarian because at least their crystals are labeled correctly and they have all of the basics.
This place can be very overwhelming when you're new to crystals and don't know what to be on the look out for, especially with all of their snobby employees constantly breathing down your neck.
This place is a pathetic excuse for a crystal shop.
It may be a bead shop, but if you sell crystals, it's a sin not to be saging regularly.
