I was impressed with my first visit to Dr. Andersen. Having seen no less than a dozen chiropractors…read morein my life as I have lived in different locations, and my brother being a chiropractor for 12 years, I know what my body needs: Maintenance: once a month, nothing is really hurting too bad, but I want to come in and get re aligned and some type of stretching/muscle relaxer to feel great for the rest of the month! During these visits I am ok with the doc only spending 5-10 minutes with me. Healing: when I DO have an issue (I went to Dr. Andersen for the first time with a lower back pain), I need more help...more stretching, therapy, and manipulations. During these visits I want the doc to spend as much time with me as necessary to fix me. Dr. Andersen delivers on what I need. Most chiropractors seem to have the gadgets and tools, and the knowledge, but what sets Dr. Andersen apart is his willingness to listen and tailor the treatment to what your body needs, not what will get you in and out the door to see the next patient. Do yourself a favor, find a doctor like Dr. Andersen who will treat you individually, effectively, and knowledgeably.

A nurse saw me crying and got me a shot of toredol and a referral to a different gynecologist.

I was hesitant at first to go to a chiropractor because I had never been to one before. The methods used to treat my pain were noninvasive and I experienced immediate relief. I was also updated frequently on my progress as well as given tips on ways to rehabilitate at home during the process. I am currently maintaining one appointment a month to maintain my progress and am very pleased with my results.

I had to track him down as he no longer was associated with any offices near me. So I called, and explained EXACTLY what I needed to his office representative. We actually went into DETAIL, as I asked can I be measured and the finished product be sent to my house? She ASSURED me this would not be a problem. Go in for appointed, doctor was GREAT, answered questions, did a basic exam. Provided me other information, all while he was extremely rushed by the BIG CARLE BIG MONEY corporation. He explained that the specific service I needed was not offered there, and he did provide me the name of a podiatrist in my area. I should have listened to my wife who though I was nuts to drive that far, but when you get a good mechanic or plumber or DOCTOR, my experience is stick with them. Bill was not small, insurance paid 90%. I got a bill for a little over $100. I opened a dispute with Carle, explained everything, said I would like that amount forgiven since I didn't get the service the phone rep had again, ASSURED me there would be no problem getting. It was placed under review, a fancy way of saying in 30-60 days we will tell you to pound sand. Sure enough about 40 days later I got a call, DENIED. So I paid the bill, you can't fight City Hall, or BIG Business, especially the evil warlords of the Medical conglomerates. But my advice, record ALL interactions on the phone with Carle phone reps, and then get a good lawyer when they bill you and do not deliver agree upon services. Normally I would never advise lawyering up, they are a whole other problem. But just as you should not take a knife to a gunfight, you should not try to stand up to Darth Carle on your own. DO NOT USE THIS AMBULANCE SERVICE!…read more I would highly suggest taking a cab instead! I was taken by ambulance to Carle hospital in January 2014 after a car accident. I got a lawyer to handle all of my billing issues, and while in negotiations with Pro Ambulance, the company sent me to a Collections Agency. My lawyer paid the bill immediately, within the week, but Pro Ambulance never told the Collections Agency! I am still fighting to clear my credit and its February 27, 2016! I have contacted the Collections Agency three times and they told me to submit proof of payment to them directly since Pro Ambulance won't. This company is wildly incompetent! I would seriously suggest calling a cab in the event of an emergency. You will regret using this ambulance service.
